Fully prepared with linens/towels/coffee/kayaks and everything else needed for a relaxing getaway. Just minutes to renowned local wineries and breweries. The perfect place to unwind and relax with friends and family. Please Note: there is a steep driveway to the cottage that maybe be difficult for young children/elderly.

Fantastic location. We loved the back deck and there are osprey in the area to watch. One in particular favors the branch of a nearby tree to sit and eat his fish. There are lots of stairs (and a gravel slope) to get from the car to the house, and more stairs to the water, but that was clear in the listing and not a surprise. Overall a lovely stay.

Beautiful and comfortable house overlooking Lake Seneca. Four of us (2 couples) stayed there in mid July 2026 and it was the perfect place. Large kitchen and living room and two cozy bedrooms. The hosts could not have been easier to communicate with and they were always responsive. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in for any meals. The only not perfect things: 1. The walk from the car to the front door is no joke. Steep and rocky. 2. Four people for one full bathroom can be tight. Though there is an outdoor shower that looked clean. We just never used it ;) All that said, we’d highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

The house was great! It felt really clean aside from a few lake spiders or bugs (to be expected). It was perfect for the 2 of us. The view was incredible even though it rained for the majority of our stay. It was still perfectly relaxing. The owners are really responsive and easy to communicate with. The only real gripe is that I don't think there is enough warning about how physically have to get down to the cottage. You can't see it from the road and it's deep within the cliff. You have to park your car on the top of a hill and make your way down a very steep, long embankment where you come to more steep stairs down to the cottage. This made carrying luggage /groceries down and up extremely difficult and for someone with severe hip issues, it was almost unmanageable. I had to take breaks going up the stairs and hill. I knew there were stairs down to the lake but I had no idea how hard it would be to just get to the cottage itself (located much above the lake).
