New Albany Quiet Hours are 11:00pm on Fri and Sat Nights and 10:30pm Sunday - Thurs. Any Violation May result in you Being Asked to leave the Premises Immediately w/ NO REFUND AND the Loss of your Damage Deposit. For Liability and Noise Reasons, the number of Guests at the Property should never Exceed the number stated on your Reservation unless prior arrangements have been Made.

This home is very nice. It was one of the cleanest we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens for all of us. This home has a lot of interesting history and a lot of charm. We highly recommend it.

Booked this place for a bachelor party, and I have to say: it was awesome! Most of the bedrooms have a bath, and the space in general was breathtaking. We had some minor hiccups with the property that were promptly taken care of by the very communicative hosts. All in all, 100% reccomend this gem.

This house was perfect for our extended family group of 15 people. Everyone was thrilled with the house as it gave us the opportunity to be together in one place, share meals, and spend time with each other. I'd highly recommend it for any large group looking for a place to stay near Louisville.

Great chill guys weekend

Stayed at this historic property with eight friends for a guys weekend. Accommodations were great for a large group. Played a lot of ping pong and enjoyed all the space. Hosts were great and easy to work with

Thanksgiving and bourbon tour

The place was perfect for our group of 9. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. They had everything you need and more. Great hosts! We would stay again.

Fantastic place

This place is amazing It had everything we needed and beyond our wants. Great location. We walked downtown one day. The house was super clean and well taken care of. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks again for giving us time and a great place to share memories.

Bourbon Trail Trip

This was an amazing place to stay for our guys bourbon trail trip. Only about 15min from downtown louisville for all of our bourbon tours and tastings, then we came back to a beautiful mansion to hang out in.

Stay in New Albany

The house was excellent for what we needed. We had a large group and it fit all of us comfortably. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Check in and out was easy. Great location close to Louisville.

Wonderful Stay!

This is a great house for a large group! We had 6 couples and each had their own bedroom with attached bath. It was comfortable, quiet and very spacious! We loved the short walk down Mansion Row into downtown New Albany. It’s also just a short 10 drive to downtown Louisville. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Excellent place and location

Had a party of 12 for a birthday trip to taste some bourbon. House is in great shape. Location was convenient to Louisville attractions. Owners were very responsive to questions. Everyone in the party loved the house.

The Great Louisville Event

What a GREAT place!!! Nine of us filled this beautiful house and visited Louisville for the first time. The Home was clean and beautiful, as well as the grounds. Short walk to downtown New Albany allowed us to enjoy local restaurants and coffee shops too! A must visit!

Bourbon Trail

This mansion was perfect for our big group of friends for a quick weekend visit to the Bourbon Festival. Great location across the river from Louisville, charming little town with friendly people and great neighbors. We had 7 couples in our group and this house offered great space for fun with friends or space of your own if desired. The hosts were easy to contact and quick with responses.
