Gorgeous views in lakefront 2nd floor studio apartment. 900 square feet with full kitchen and bath, washer dryer. Separate sleeping area, living area, eating area, workspace. House is well insulated so very quiet and comfortable with AC/heat. Free fast wifi. Internet TV. Screened in porch provides an idyllic place for morning coffee, and gorgeous evening sunsets. Porch is up amongst the trees. Watch and listen to birds and other wildlife with their daily goings-on. Two kayaks available with entry on the dock for the 90 acre Cooper Lake. Sit out on the dock and enjoy the constant gentle breeze. Fish from the dock or from a kayak or your own watercraft. Take a walk in the quiet neighborhood, ride bikes. A little bit of paradise, and just minutes from 275, I75, and quick access to Tampa, USF, Moffitt.

We have lived in the Tampa area and moved out of suburbia in the amazing gorgeous tranquil town known as Lutz (rhymes with boots). We live in the main house, and have a 2-story separate garage building. This apartment is on the second floor. We have a little dog who you may hear say good morning and bark at squirrels. A number of Moffitt patients stay in our neighborhood as it is extremely peaceful and only a 15 minute drive to the cancer center.
