Newly renovated and all brand new furniture. From the bedrooms, guests can enjoy the breathtaking ocean view. The house is less than 10 minutes drive to popular Pier 60 of Clearwater beach, also Honeymoon Island for less crowded and more natural scenic view. Many restaurants nearby, and easy access to the grocery stores. The house is located in a safe neighborhood suitable for relaxing time and kids-friendly.

Improvements

We didn't realize the homes in the area was so close to each other. There was only one tv in the home and there were issues with the lights. Also the neighbors security camera was pointed towards the master bedroom. My husband and I was on our honeymoon. The ants were really bad in the kitchen. Just expected a little more for the price we paid.

Convenient For what we needed

This Property was very convenient for what our needs were. This Property looks to be newly REHABBED. Very opened and plain. We came from up north down on our motorcycles and needed a place to stage for a few days to do some traveling. It was definitely centralized for that. My only knock on the place is that I was never sent the instructions prior to my arrival, I had to call the Host. A few things that need to be addressed which I didn't address with the Property Management co. The Electrical Outlets need to be checked, not all worked correctly. Also the Neighbors Camera Looks Directly at the Patio of the Back Bedroom. So Be cautious of what you don't want to be on camera. Would liked to have had access to the Garage day 1. But Overall for our Needs this space worked.

Unhappy At Best

The listing was for a newly renovated home…maybe 5 years ago. The house is infested with ants, the showers were old and you could see the wear and tear on them. It wasn’t cleaned the best…we found a used bandaid in the floor accompanied by a half eaten cheese puff. One of the bed frames were broken. The pillows in the main bedroom couldn’t have been any harder if they had been full of bricks, unlike all of the other pillows. We arrived after dark and it was so dark no outside lights on or security lights at all. The remotes in 2 of the bedrooms that control the lights and fans were broken. The smoke detectors were either removed in some areas and in other areas the batteries were removed…the wasn’t a safe…very unhappy to say the least…we won’t be back nor will we rent from him again!
