This Million Doller unique high end unit is exquisitely appointed in relaxing beach colors. The unit sits directly above the sugar white sands with awe inspiring vistas. This THREE BEDROOM (All King Beds, Sleep Number split King in the Master; Sleeps 8), 20th floor GULF-FRONT boasts platinum grade furnishings throughout. Chef Inspired Kitchen and top of the line appliances. The unit has a very open floor plan with 1801 square feet with marble flooring and 719 sq feet of wrap around balcony. The views are unbelievable!

The unit features a tastefully decorated living room with a designer sofa, love seat and two lounge chairs - and large 70" Samsung Smart HDTV . The master bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining rooms all provide spectacular gulf views through the large floor to ceiling windows providing unobscured views of endless waters and sunsets.

The gulf front master bedroom has a Sleep Number split king size bed with remote control for Incline and massage setiings, balcony access, unique antiqued wall facia, attached bathroom area, walk-in shower with "Rain Fall" shower head, double vanity sinks with desinger lighted mirrors, walk-in closet and Toilet/Bidet.

Both guest bedrooms have a king bed and balcony access. All bedrooms have Smart HDTV's.

The large open kitchen boasts a 16 foot breakfast bar and a fully equipped Chef inspired kitchen for serving gourmet meals. Major high end Stainless Steel "Thermadore Brand" appliances with built-In wine cooler attached to the refrigerator. It also features a decorative backsplash, and professional chef ventalation system and a panoramic view of the beach and gulf.

The unit also has a washer/dryer, separate professional ICE maker in the laundry room with untility sink, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and Fire Dog Smart Internet/Cable. You can access all your streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. It also includes premium cable channels.

Gulf Crest Resort features two gulf front pools (one heated), 2 outdoor spas, a kiddie pool, a poolside Tiki Hut Bar/Restaurant, a gulf front fitness center, an owner's lounge, covered assigned garage parking, 3 high speed elevators and 294 feet of sugar white sandy beach. You also get complimentary beach service with this rental (2 lounge chairs and large umbrella, a $50/Day value).

Avoid busy Front Beach Road and stay in the quieter Thomas Drive area. Walk the beach to Pineapple Willie's, Emerald Falls Water Park, bumper boats, go karts, miniature golf, are all within walking distance. You are minutes away from championship golf. In addition, you are only five minutes from Captain Anderson's, The Grand Marlin, Patches and J. Michael's -- all of which are landmarks for dining.

We booked for a short getaway and this was a perfect accommodation. Newly renovated, spacious, tastefully decorated, great amenities and easy beach access. We would definitely return here!

Outstanding condo. Plenty of space. Wonderful wrap-around Gulf views. Beautifully decorated. Spacious kitchen. Amazingly comfortable mattresses on beds. Great location. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Will definitely stay here again every time we come back to PCB.

Bike Week

It was the perfect location for Bike Week. We had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this condo!! The only problem we had was that the hot tubs were not working, which was a huge bummer.

Fall Break

We had an amazing time staying in this condo, Everything was high end. All of the beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own personal space and the condo was very homey and comfortable! We loved that the washer and dryer were full sized! We do wish that the ice machine in the laundry room worked but they have the ice machine by the tiki hut so not a big deal! Will try to get this exact condo during our next visit!

Amazing!

I have been vacationing in PCB for 25 years. This is by far the nicest condominium I have ever layed eyes on. Super clean, loaded with elegant touch and technology! I will not look anywhere else for a condominium for our vacation!

Family vacation

We loved the place! The ONLY thing that didn’t work was the ice maker in the fridge and they were waiting on parts to fix it. I could say so many good things about this place from the wrap around balcony to the comfortable beds but one thing that I didn’t see in any other reviews was the reserved spot in the covered parking garage. It’s really nice to be able to go get in the car to go for dinner and it not be crazy hot after being on the beach all day. We WILL be staying at this unit again!

The pictures do justice, but it was even better in person!

I knew this place was going to be great, but when you walk into it for the first time, it’s even prettier! This place is spacious and expertly decorated. Plenty of towels, paper towels, trash bags, Beach chairs, etc. The wraparound balcony is just huge, and the view is amazing! The Gulf Crest complex is actually my favorite that I’ve stayed at in Florida so far. The staff was helpful, everything is clean, the pools are great, the game room was fun, and easy access to the beach. I really enjoyed this place and would stay again!

Excellent Condo

The pictures do not justify for this property . Nice comfortable clean home !! Beautiful view , kitchen well stocked with everything my family and needed to cook with . Well stocked with towels comfortable bedding .. Mr. Williams very nice and easy to get in touch with !! We planning our return back now ! I would recommend this property rental if you looking for cleanliness and well stocked and great host !!

Girls get away vacay

This unit was a great stay for our girls getaway vacay. We absolutely would come back again. There were a few minor maintenance items that I will follow up with via email with management but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this unit to friends, family or a return stay myself. The pools are closed and there is ongoing maintenance within the complex, so if you have a booking in the next few weeks you might make inquiries if that concerns you. This unit it nicely appointed in every room! Appliances are amazing, beds are very comfortable, the view is breathtaking. Very enjoyable stay.

LUXURY!

This property can NOT be beat! This is the best place I have ever stayed in. Hotels, VRBO, condo...this one beats every one. We have traveled all over the US and Europe. I wish I could take this place with me everywhere. The beds were most comfortable I have ever slept on. The appliances were all top of the line. The deck...no words! Everything was SPECTACULAR! Very easy check in. Super friendly staff. Communication was impeccable. I can not rate this high enough! We got to live super, crazy fancy for 4 nights. None of us wanted to leave.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and almost perfect. Just a few issues while we were there. I had a towel with blood on it in the master bathroom. So ended up washing all towels with bleach before we used any of them. There is NO ICEMAKER that works in the condo or on the property. So bring ice! And only one bag will fit in the freezer. So be prepared to get ice from store daily. The toilet in guest bathroom started shooting water out. Called and texted manager several times from 9:00 am- 11:30am on Monday and took him 2 1/2 hours to text me back. Maintenance didn’t get there until 1. So thankfully it wasn’t a busted pipe or more serious emergency. Other than that - we definitely enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying at this property. Everything was perfect from the gorgeous decor, amazing state of the art appliances, super comfortable beds, to the inviting wrap around deck and furnishings. Would 100 % recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway!

Great stay!

This condo was amazing! So clean and comfortable…the property manger was available for any questions, the checking process was easy, and the condo itself was perfect! Definitely will try and snag this unit up for future vacations!
