This listing is for:
*One Studio space on private guest floor-sleeps 2 -400+ sq ft.
*Full bath, tub and shower combo,
*please note if one of two studios is rented the bathroom is not shared - if both studios/ spaces are rented the bathroom is in center of hall and could be shared with 2nd studio.the studio spaces and bathroom are on private guest floor *Please message me if you would like an option to rent private guest floor with both spaces. We rent that way as well! That is also a possible option. *kitchenette (fridge, micrcrowave, kuerig,), work space -
*desk and chair with lamp,
*new queen beds with beautiful hotel bedding,
*new smart 4k HD TV with Hulu, Prime, and Netflix provided.
*Black-out curtains.

*Free high speed internet and free off street on site parking.

The property was beautiful, and Sandy was a kind and courteous hostess. My bestie and I had plenty of room and slept like rocks! Would recommend, especially if you plan to book the second bedroom. There wasn’t a guest in that room when we stayed, but having to share the bathroom with strangers could make for tighter quarters than some folks might be looking for. That said - our stay was lovely!

Beautiful home and friendly hosts

Set in a well established neighborhood of beautiful homes. This place is a gem. Gracious hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend if you are comfortable in a stay at a family home setting. The backyard oasis teaming with wildlife was a treat to watch during our stay.

I felt so welcome and enjoyed this stay so much - I’ll definitely be returning!

Very quiet neighborhood!

Enjoyed my stay at this location and Sandy was terrific with everything. She welcomed me to the area and explained everything about the accommodations. I was able to enjoy some time outdoors and relax with a cold beverage.

Our hosts were very gracious and accomodating. My husband and I stayed in Fox Knoll 1 and my daughter and 2 older granddaughters stayed in 2....big rooms... we had 2 campfires and our hosts joined us ..but they are very respectful of your privacy...we just enjoyed their company...great location for Grand Park....good restaurants...everything that you need!!

Excellent Visit to Indy

My wife and I had a terrific stay in Indianapolis during the recent solar eclipse. Our host Sandra did an excellent job of taking care of any needs that we had during our visit. The property is located in a beautiful area in the suburbs of Indianapolis. It’s close to downtown but far enough away to give you a nice quiet atmosphere to enjoy. There are tons of great places to eat and shop nearby but what we enjoyed the most was that you are surrounded by nature and there are lots of quiet areas to walk around the property. The accommodations were great and the bed was so comfortable and inviting. Our next trip to Indy will definitely include a stay at Fox Knoll 2!

Darling and spacious, this meticulously quaint room boasts a serene setting in one of Indy’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Our host greeted us on the porch with a smile and an opened door. Smooth jazz playing softly inside the entry, welcomed us warmly and soothed our minds. Sandra was attentive to my fiancé’s fondness of a particular coffee creamer and had it available during both our first and seconds stays. When our next adventure requires another overnight stay in the greater Indy area, we won’t hesitate to visit Fox Knoll and take a stroll ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am married to Rich and we have 2 young adult children.
When they left the nest, we started a new chapter.
We created these private studio guest spaces to offer travelers a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful trees and outdoor space.
We offer 2 studios for rent and an apartment when available..

If you love wildlife, this property is awesome for the nature and beauty all around.
There is plenty of outdoor area to enjoy, to relax or play yard games. There is also a private guest area with table and chairs for dining outside and a fire pit.
We hope you love your stay, and the spacious, charming, quiet space you would be staying in.

A unique property, especially when you consider the proximity to all the great attractions in the city. Centrally located, and check out all of the attractions within .5-8 miles. I .5 miles from the interstate.
The neighborhood and location are considered one of the best in the city, 1.5 acres that has been certified by the Wildlife Federation as a Wildlife Habitat. We are in the city limits, but once you get inside the neighborhood, you would never realize you are in a city area!!! Peaceful! Large trees, woods, quiet, wildlife.
