Super clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed.Nice refrigerator and more than adequate clothes storage.Quick breakfast with fresh fruit and bottled water available. Very quiet for being on main commercial street in Lubec.Easy parking and access to waterfront right across the street.

Great!

Really cute Inn, clean rooms, great communication from host, and fantastic location for Lubec. Host was accommodating and responsive when we had flight travel delays with checkin.

A treasure

Patrick's place was a perfect place fot us to stay. It was convenient to see the sunrise, next to a friendly terrific bar, great restaurant and very easy access to Campobello, FDR's summer home. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and helpful. Patrick was a great host - coffee was ready for our 5 am jaunt t see the sunrise and there was fruit readily available. It was clean, lively sheets and pillows, and cant recommend it enough for couples.

Enjoyed our stay, great host

Patrick was accessible, helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, right on a waterfront street. Our room was spotless and comfortably appointed. The "help yourself" continental kitchen was helpful as many of Lubec's businesses struggle to stay open, and breakfast choices are very limited this year. We enjoyed the active small town community!

I recently stayed at Eastern Beacon Inn, hosted by Patrick, and had a fantastic experience. From the start, sign-in was seamless, and access to the room was easy and hassle-free. Patrick thought of everything — he provided all the amenities you’d need for a quick and comfortable stay.The location in Lubec, Maine was absolutely amazing. It’s a beautiful spot, and the area has a charm that’s hard to beat. Most of all, Patrick’s hospitality was outstanding. He was welcoming, thoughtful, and made sure everything went smoothly.Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area —

Perfect Location

Situated on the main strip of downtown Lubec, the location gave you quick access to everything you would want to see in the area. The unit itself was super clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.

Great central location & super clean!

Love this centrally located spot! I walked & cycled everywhere, including over to Campobello. 👍 Super clean accommodations & Patrick upgraded me to the larger room- same price. Breakfast essentials were right in the lobby & a nice sized fridge for bottles of wine, etc right in the room.

This property was very clean and comfortable. There very limited dining options so that was somewhat disappointing. It was, however a breeze to go to Campobello.

We got a text half an hour from town that we were being upgraded to room 3! Beautiful, cozy and so clean. We never got to meet the host or his dog but we did take the suggestion to have dinner at the Tavern Inn. Glad we did.!

Lovely Lubec

This was a great location to stay for a quick 2-day getaway to Lubec. Right on the main street, an easy walk to brew pubs, coffee shop and the harbor. Literally, a drive down the block and you can get onto the bridge to Campobello Island, if you have your passport with you. The guest house is renovated beautifully, and everything is new and super clean. The breakfast/snack bar is fully stocked. The windows open for a wonderful ocean breeze and views across the bay. I only have one small negative comment and that is that you can hear everything in the building at night (when all is very quiet in Lubec). I am a light sleeper, so the person in the room above me woke me with clearly heard footsteps over my head at multiple times overnight. Not much sound insulation. But, we did have a very enjoyable stay!
