A spacious and well-located house

Nice house with pool

This house was perfect for a week long baseball tournament. The small pool fun for the kids and the lake was pretty. Lots of iguanas and ducks to watch. House was clean and we loved the open kitchen area and comfy couch in den for watching tv.

I had a good time here. Host was so sweet, answered every question in a timely manner. Beautiful home, way better in person. Love the neighborhood and location. Heated pool definitely a plus. Would absolutely go back.

Great Place to RECHARGE

we selected this place because it was close to where our daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament. we were pleasantly surprised when we enter the house. MUCH BIGGER than it appears from the outside front entrance. We loved it and will stay here again when we come back to the area.

Great house in great location!

We used to live in the area and decided to vacation back home and spend time with family. The house was centrally located between family, golfing and the beach. It was extremely spacious and had everything we needed for the week. The pool was awesome to relax in after a long day out and about. The girls enjoyed playing ping pong in the game room as well. Highly recommend. Hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful Home!

This house was beautiful inside! It was perfect for my family of four and our friends who were a family of three. We were in town for a dance competition and was nice to come back and relax, definitely enough seating for all of us to sit. The owners were extremely communicative and that was much appreciated. Had a hiccup in the beginning but was resolved immediately. Centrally located to the beach, convention center and downtown! Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful backyard setting

We had a great stay here. We were in town for a family funeral, and although this was not a fun-filled trip, the beautiful lake setting of the backyard helped provide a wonderful peaceful backdrop for us to read, rest and reflect. In the evenings the sounds of the birds along with the sunset were simply magical. The screened in lanai was terrific. The property was clean and well appointed. A couple of tiny issues: the pool was not heated, and we're not fans of microfiber sheets on the beds. But overall it was a wonderful stay, and we would stay here again.

Review

Upon arrival, the pool, floors, and air vents were gross. Overall cleanliness was poor. Owner was quick to tend to these issues but we could not use the pool for half of our stay. Otherwise it was a nice spacious house in a good location for my family.

For context, our cleaners and pool company take detailed photos before and after each stay, and the pictures showed the home and pool were extremely clean prior to your arrival. That said, because your comfort is our priority, we immediately sent both our pool company and cleaners after your first night to address your concerns. While you mentioned being unable to use the pool for half of your stay, it was used on the first day, and the pool was available and utilized for the entirety of your four-night visit. Super Quiet, Spacious, Modern-Styled Single Story with Pool

Extremely quiet neighbourhood, yet only a few miles from places you might wish to visit. Single story house with 4 bedrooms/ 2 baths, modernised to provide big open spaces between kitchen, lounge area, dining area and leading into tv lounge with super large sofa. Master bedroom and en-suite shower very comfortable - there was only two of us, so we only used the other bedrooms for storage. Second bathroom has shower over a bath. Air con very effective and good hot water flow to the showers. Small pool, ideal for kids, enclosed by bug screens. Nice outdoor seating area under cover.

exceeded expecations

The communications with the host Miranda, were done through the app and always responded to in a timely and satisfied fashion. the property is in a cul de sac in a residential neighborhood. House is older but the living quarters were completely remodeled. Rooms were larger than expected. we had six but easily could have handled 8. pool was private and heated upon request. kitchen was large and well appointed with a larger center island for gatherings. great location to supermarket, convenience stores etc. Only minor critique would be the bedroom pillows were flat and soft. overall my family would highly recommend this property.

Hauseinweisung fehlt und auch keine sonstige Betreuung vor Ort vorhanden

Leider hatte uns niemand die Funktionsweise der Türschlösser/Schließanlage erklärt, obwohl 4 Türen in das Haus führen. Wir hatten das Haus durch die Garage verlassen und die Haupthaustüre von innen verriegelt, diese hat drei Schlösser. Als wir zurückkamen, wollten wir über den Garagencode in das Haus, wie wir es von unseren beiden Häusern zuhause gewohnt waren. Der Haustürcode stimmte aber nicht mit dem Garagencode überein, einen anderen hatten wir nicht. Per Telefon kontaktierten wir den Vermieter, der uns einen Code nannte, der auch nicht funktionierte - einen anderen wusste er nicht. Dann nannte er uns einen Ort, an dem ein Ersatzschlüssel für einen Seiteneingang liegen würde - dort war aber kein Schlüssel. So blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als einen Schlüsseldienst zu akzeptieren, der dann nachts um 21 Uhr kam. Kosten für uns 350 USD. Da war unsere gute Urlaubslaune komplett vorbei. Durch bessere Organisation und eine Grundeinweisung in das Haus, hätte dies vermieden werden können. Wir bitten um Erstattung der Kosten für den Schlüsseldienst.

Thank you for the review Axel. We do our best to give every guest the best possible experience. Unfortunately, you locked the inside chain on the door so no key would’ve unlocked the door which is why we needed to call the locksmith after hours around 9pm. We have a smart lock so if you lock the deadbolt or pull the chain on the inside of the door, it will not unlock using the smart lock. You would have had to exit through a separate door after locking it because the door won’t open. We did our best to act promptly and get you back into the home in a timely manner. We have since removed the deadbolt so this doesn’t happen to another guest. Thank you for the feedback and we do hope the rest of your trip was pleasant.
