Wake up to gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your private deck or master balcony. With bedrooms on separate floors, you and your guests can enjoy privacy while still making the most of shared spaces.

→ The lower level: The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a community grill. There is easy access to the beach from multiple boardwalks + it’s steps away from the nearest pool. There is space for 2 vehicles to park. You can find all beach gear in the outdoor closet.

→ The main level: Upstairs, you’ll find a modern open living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a deck. There is a shared full bathroom and a bedroom with a cozy queen bed. This bedroom includes a Juliet balcony perfect for catching a Gulf breeze.

→ The upper level: On the carpeted upper floor, you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with its private bathroom and deck. There is also a bunk room with a bunk, trundle bed that sleeps 4 guests and shares a bathroom in the hallway.

Other:

→ Initial Supplies - Millerbnbs furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers.

*Please note: Guests will need to use stairs, there is no elevator. Per the HOA rules, no golf carts allowed.

The location was great. It was a close and easy walk to the beach. The outdoor shower by the porch was very convenient to rinse off before going inside. The condo was very clean and had several thoughtful upgrades throughout. The owners communicated with us very well. Overall we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay.

We were attending a wedding weekend half a mile from the property but they were not allowing children and it worked out perfect for us to be able to attend the festivities and enjoy the weekend. Property had everything we needed.

It was ok…

The inside of the townhome is pretty good. It looks like there have been renovations and upgrades done. The townhome complex is very run down. The balconies were iffy, and the boardwalks were not able to be in use due to rot and caution tape. None of the bikes were able to ride. Not given enough towels. Location was good. Let the property manager know there was a bug issue also.

Great Stay

The house had everything we needed. I was happy to find all the cooking supplies we needed in the kitchen. There were bikes and beach gear in the outside closet and the beds were all comfortable.

Wonderful visit to SGI

We enjoyed our stay and found the place to be clean, well furnished, and well equipped with supplies and baby gear! We enjoyed the condo and the walk to the beach was as described. The pool was in an excellent location to the condo. We plan to visit again.

Perfect location

Wonderful family memories!

My family had a delightful week long stay in this thoughtfully equipped condo which was clean, and only a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 which included a 4 adults, a teen, and a very active two year old grandson. Nirmal did an excellent job of communicating before and during our stay.

Even with all the rain..

Even with all the rain...we made the most out of our stay. We spent lots of time playing in the rain when it wasn't lightning..St. George has been one of our favorite places to visit for 20+ years. I call it our 2nd home. 300 OM has been one of our favorites to stay at also.

Great family vacation spot!

My family and I grew up coming here to 300 Ocean mile. Now I have a family of my own and I just introduced it to Friends of ours. This condo was a great place to stay and accommodated everything we needed! I will say we would love if possible to see more mixing bowls, Spatulas. Small things in the kitchen. I know it wasn’t listed, but it was great to know that there was something like a crock pot! maybe some Tupperware for people that cook and need storage…. I know that not all condos can supply all of the needs. Like I said, this was a great place to stay and accommodated everything. These were just some things that we realized we needed while we were there. And we ran down to the piggly wiggly to grab them :) It was great access to the beach with PLENTY of room for all of our friends and family. And the chairs and umbrella and beach cart were such a big help for us!!!!! Thank you thank you!! The only big complaint we had, Is that the dryer could wake up the entire condo and it took five or six times of the dryer being turned on to dry a load. Other than that, we will be back!! We’re already looking at booking our next stay!!

Perfect location. Could be cleaner.

Overall, we had a great time at this home. This was our first time visiting St. George, and rented this place last minute to extend our stay. Host was extremely nice! They let us check in early and communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. The home was walking distance to the beach where we spent most of our time. Beautiful place to wake up and drink coffee/look at stars at night. The cleanliness of the home could be improved. Hand soap containers were completely empty upon our arrival. I ended up washing the bedding prior to sleeping in it due to light smell. Blankets did not seem to be washed between renters. Black hair was still in two of the showers at the time of arrival. The home did not seem to live up to the photos online. Seems worn for a “new listing”. Bunk beds were unmade upon arrival, which I wouldn’t haven’t liked if we were traveling with small kids. The washer and dryer is also extremely small. Basically holds two beach towels at a time. Overall, the location is really what makes this place special. We would stay again and hoping this feedback helps improve future stays. Thank you!

St. George beach vacay

The property was perfect for our family of five adults and one 3 year old, precious grandbaby. We loved having the pools and everyone with their own balcony. The beds were all super comfortable and the place was well appointed with nearly everything we needed! We hope this will be a repeat family trip for years to come!

Everything we hoped for!

We went down with our 4 kids and had a great time. It was our first time to St. George and we loved it. The place was nice, clean, and had everything we needed and more. They had chairs, boogie boards, bikes, floats, cart… it was nice to have access to those even though we didn’t end up needing them. We really liked the location as the end unit and it was super easy to get to pool and beach. Property owner was very responsive and kind. We really enjoyed our time there!

Disappointed

Pros and cons as follows: - The sliding glass door handle had been broken so it didn't appear safe/secure. We reported it. - The dryer was overfull with 15 towels, 7 wash cloths, kitchen towels were crammed in it and were not dry. - Upstairs master was hot but you couldn't make it cooler unless you froze the people out in the lower floor. - The bunkbeds were not made and were relatively unstable. - Most of the blankets smelled soiled. - Something as simple as the hose to rinse off your feet was unusable. - The dumpsters were full and there were no trashcans for the unit. - It was well-appointed. - Did not find the location of the beach gear. - There were plenty of dinnerware, however, the frying pans were all burnt and warped. - This unit should have some TLC and fire the cleaning crew.

Misleading

There was a smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. Furniture was uncomfortable in the living room. Dryer makes an awful noise. There is one pan to cook food. The beach gear was definitely not as advertised. Rusted and broken. We bought 3 bogie boards and left them there, the bikes are in terrible condition. Chairs are rusted. I would not recommend this place
