The top-floor primary suite features a king bed, a huge walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. On the middle floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a double bedroom, both with generous closet space. Each room includes a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely or catching up on emails.

Unwind in the bright, inviting living room — complete with cozy seating, a Smart TV, and even a piano for those who love a little music with their downtime.

? Kitchen and Outdoor Space
The fully equipped kitchen has all essential appliances and cooking basics for homemade meals. Step outside to enjoy the BBQ grill and super cute shared backyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties.
2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
3) We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to.

Hello! My name is Lin. I was born and raised in China and moved to the U.S. at 13, so I’ve been fortunate to experience the best of both cultures.

I began hosting private rooms in my home in 2019 and quickly fell in love with the experience. Meeting people from all walks of life inspired me to expand into short-term rentals. I’ve always enjoyed traveling and immersing myself in different cultures—it’s a reminder of how vast the world is and how meaningful these connections can be.

I’m currently based in New York and manage my properties remotely with the support of a trusted local team. My goal is to make every guest’s stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything—I’m always happy to help.
