Ski, snowboard and recreate in the Vail Valley or Summit County resorts, Ice skate on Nottingham Lake, cozy up by the fireplace, or Nordic ski at Beaver Creek's Nordic Center during the winter months.

In the summer, our 48-acre Nottingham Park has activities for the whole family. Rent paddle boards, peddle boats, fish, walk or play some volleyball in the sand. There is also a lakeside cinema where they offer free family movies in the park.

For all the anglers out there, the Eagle river will be in your backyard and offers world class fishing!

Great stay. Condo is really well laid out and tasteful decoration makes it feel homey. Plenty of restaurants and a great park are walking distance. Stays nice of cool in summer.

Great location!

Right on the bike path and on the Eagle river- great for kids and fly fishermen. Wonderful location and nice accommodations. Write up accurately, describes the apartment.

Clean and good location

The condo was clean and liked the colorful decor, you can tell the owners take pride in their place and want their guests to enjoy it as well. The communication with the host or host manager was great. Thank you for sharing your place. We had a good time in the mountains.

Terrific spot in Beaver Creek

Close to everything… a short drive to the free lots for skiing at Beaver Creek and very convenient to local shopping… but tucked away and quiet. Right on the path by the river, which was great with our pup. Caleb is terrific. Super spot, well-equipped kitchen. Just what we needed.

Great for dogs and a walk along the river.

Great location with fine amenities, but the fees were excessive and the TV didn't work. Still enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful location

My husband and I loved our stay here and hope to be able to stay many more times on our trips to see family. The location is perfect, the apartment is comfortable and roomy, and Caleb always answered our questions quickly.

Avon will allow you to feel like a local during your vacation with it's excellent selection of restaurants that are reasonably priced and delicious!
Beaver Creek and Vail Resorts are only minutes away and provide some of the best skiing and riding in the US!
The recreation center is only a short walk away and hosts a climbing wall, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, lap lanes, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and gym for a very reasonable day pass price!
Activities and Adventures in the Vail Valley are endless all year-round!
