Walking distance to local shopping, restaurants and creamery. Private back yard patio area to relax and enjoy. Plenty of space for parking. Linens are not included but available for rent at $12 per set. The bed sizes are King, Queen and 2 twin beds.

The host was extremely accommodating. The location is perfect!! Walking distance to many favorites in Chincoteague. This property is pet friendly. The place is very clean, but the carpets do show a lot of pets have been there. We will be staying here again!

We have stayed here several times, it’s always our go too! Check in and check out are easy, home is clean, and close to everything. The host is always in communication. It’s a great place to make awesome memories!

Great location. Very clean. Property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive. My only feedback would be that towels and bed linens should be included in the stay. I think most people traveling from out of town wouldn’t expect to have to bring them. We only realized we needed to rent them after seeing some of the other comments.

Heat Wave Stay

We were there during the 100-degree heat wave, so the house was not as cool as it probably is normally. The house was beautiful and exactly as listed. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean. Beds not that comfy but met our needs for a quick stay after a HS football game.

Short get-away

We love Chincoteaque and know it well. This was a lovely property. The owner was wonderful to work with, the property was convenient and so nice. They stocked it with plenty of paper products and laundry soap and dish washer soap too. It was spotless. Recommend highly! Would come again!

Weekend with friends in Chincoteague

Overall, we were happy with our choice of accommodations. The location is right in the heart of Chincoteague. Its within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house needs to be updated and the carpets replace, but all in all, its ok.

Another Amazing Time

We stayed here in June and now August! This property is great and so close to everything. It’s becoming home away from home. The property owner is great! Can’t wait to go back!

Great Home

We actually stayed 6/27 to 6/30. This home was in great location, clean, and had great neighbors. You couldn’t ask for anything better. We actually wanted to stay an extra night, but it is booked far out! The owner is super sweet and answered all questions promptly, which our questions were nothing wrong with the home. The best part for us was, it’s pet friendly. Definitely booking again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Spacious Townhouse

This townhouse is very spacious with a semi private back patio space. One block from Maddox Ave makes the location very nice.

The property is very clean and looks much as pictured. Kitchen appliances work well, except refrigerator hummed loudly for hours before stopping a while, then starting up again. Pots and pans were barely adequate to cook simple meals. We contacted management about the loud hum but never received a response. Beds were comfortable.
