A short walk 1/3 of a mile west of Pier Park 200-acre shopping mall with approximately 150 stores and 20 restaurants and includes entertainment venues such as a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with Southern Theater's Grand Theater containing 16 movie theaters with stadium-style seating.

Beautiful large spacious condo! My family and I loved the condo as well as the location on the second floor and the beautiful beach view. So nice to stay in the off-season when it’s not so busy. Could use a deep cleaning throughout but otherwise a very nice place to get away with your family.

Great place!

Property was very nice! We did stay on the second floor and thank goodness we did! The elevators were not as bad as we had read about, but the second floor was the way to go!

Overall the stay was very good. Would use the property again however it does need some work. Closet doors need major work. Washer needs to be replaced (only able to wash very small loads, maybe three towels or the washer would make a terrible noise). The cleaning staff needs to check lightbulbs, one bathroom the bulbs were completely out and the master bedroom over head light did not work at all. Also the fold out couch needs to be replaced. Bed was broken. Again, all minor things that could be corrected. The condo was very roomy, great location. Not having to use the elevators was amazing. Security was very good. Felt very safe. Would highly recommend for multiple family use.

Upon arrival, our first notice was placed upon the shattered dead bolt lock preventing our ability to properly secure our condo against intruders as well as preventing our 4-year-old grandson from opening the door. Secondly, the grandson is deathly allergic to nuts and sesame. Found on the floor next to the master bedroom, was a peanut butter cracker clearly missed by the housekeeper. Third, the floors were so filthy our 1-year-grandson’s legs were black from crawling as well as the bottom of our feet were also black. Our daughter, the parent of the children, spent nearly 2 hours mopping the floors in order for our ability to put the children down to walk/crawl upon them.The sliding closet door in the third bedroom was off the hinge and nearly fell upon our son-in-law. The bathroom of the master bedroom had a dual shower of which could not be utilized due to the poor water pressure (false advertisement).

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of space for everyone in my family. There was a small issue with the AC when we checked in that was immediately taken care of by the host. The property had a free movie theater that played 2 movies each day for FREE. The kids loved the movies. The beach access was perfect with just a short walk out the back of the building. We look forward to staying here next year.

Perfect Spot

This was our first time staying at Tidewater Beach Resort and we loved every second of it. The condo was perfect for our family; very clean, more than enough room and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach chairs added to the enjoyment of the week along with all the guys who work hard to keep you in the shade. Can’t wait to go back in 2025. Thanks for another incredible family vacation, PCB!

Our family of 10 fit wonderfully. Few setbacks from beginning; property company unprofessional along with some staff we encountered around grounds; dirty dishes in cabinets; pull out couch needs replaced; washer made horrible sound. Overall it was a beautiful place and believe we would give it another chance. Location was awesome. Pool closed with any site of rain, which was inconvenient but understandable if a storm was brewing for safety.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was in a great location. We didn’t have to wait for the elevators like so many. However, the room is located in the elevator bay so be prepared to move through crowds at check-in time, just to get to the door. It was an easy walk to the facilities. Staff was pleasant. Like other revivers, the condo wasn’t overly clean-day 1 after black feet, we wore shoes/socks all week in the house. Also agree with reviews suggesting blocking curtains in the 2 rooms that face the elevators. It gets so busy out there that the blinds don’t make the rooms feel private enough.

Great unit, great location

Great property. Loved the spacious floor plan and being on the second floor was so nice because we could avoid the elevators especially since one side was out on check in day. The only downside was the door was right in front of the second floor elevators on that end of the building so there were often people right outside the condo when we were going in and out.

Great getaway!

We had a great stay for fall break. Family of 5 with three of them being teens. The location was great, walking distance to Pier Park and plenty of other things for the kids to do. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Being on the second floor was nice and convenient because we didn’t have to use the elevators for anything.

Family Vacation

Property and location are great! We are a family of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. Floors were very dirty and we had to request basic cleaning supplies because they are not furnished. We would stay here again if you get rid of the chair and tent police Vivian. She is a nightmare for people who are only trying to enjoy their vacation.

Family Beach Trip

We really enjoyed our stay this week. This was our first stay at The Tidewater. Only minor complaint about our room is the front two bedrooms would benefit from having blackout curtains. Even with the blinds closed, the hallway light outside the condo was very bright. Other than that, everything was great! Especially enjoyed being on the second floor and not having to wait for the elevator all the time.

Perfect Beach Vacay!

Condo - perfect! It had everything we needed, great location, and very comfortable. It was ready for us early during a very busy spring break week - we took advantage and enjoyed the beach for a few hours! Property - being on the 2nd (technically 3rd) floor was perfect! The elevator situation can get very chaotic in the building but we were able to avoid that altogether as we easily took the stairs to the beach/pools/gym/etc and were able to park on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. It felt very safe and secure as well during a very busy spring break time! Overall, I highly recommend this condo!!

Great Unit

This unit was perfect for our family beach vacation! The rooms were nice and spacious, the kitchen was decently stocked, and the view of the ocean is incredible. The best part about this rental is that there is no need to ever use the elevators, which are always crazy busy for a 30 floor building. My only drawback is that the pools and hot tubs in the facility are not really well maintained, and the pool bathrooms always stink terribly.
