Welcome to Dolphin Overlook! This beautiful mediterranean-style home is located a few feet from the clear emerald waters of Blue Mountain Beach. Blue Mountain Beach has plenty more to offer than just the beach. The outdoor activities and water sports are a dream for the vacationing athlete. Rent a bike and ride along the Timpoochee Trail to explore the authentic beach neighborhoods of Highway 30A. Fantastic cuisine, live entertainment and retail therapy are only minutes away! Be sure to cool down at everyone’s favorite local ice cream shop, Blue Mountain Creamery.

Located in a small quiet community, this home is perfect for large families or groups, with access to a community pool for those hot summer days.

The first floor contains a guest bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, along with easy access to the outdoor back porch containing a gas grill. There is also a brand new add on king bedroom and full bath.

The spacious second floor features a Master Suite with a king bed and bathroom, a Master Bedroom with a king bed and private balcony, and two additional guest bedrooms. There is a couch that pulls out into a full sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements. These guest bedrooms provide bunk beds and each has its own private bathroom.

The expansive living and dining area are located on the third floor. This space allows for the whole family to gather and create long lasting memories. The Living Room contains a flat screen TV and built-in fireplace.

Lastly, Dolphin Outlook offers a fourth floor Crows Nest Observation Tower with panoramic views, making it perfect to see the surrounding area without having to leave the home."

Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.
