Amazing LOCATION! About one mile to The Woodlands Mall, Waterway, Market Street, Cynthia Woods Pavilion and more. Family friendly neighborhood with multiple parks, near walking and bike paths. Home has everything you need to feel right at home. Indoor laundry room, coffee/tea bar, smart T.V.'s in each room with streaming programs included. Access to the home is gained by keyless entry. We are just a phone call away!

Clean, updated, cozy home. centrally located near shopping, restaurants , outdoor activities and more. You will feel right at home with everything you need to relax. Kitchen is fully stocked and you also have full access to the coffee bar.

You have access to the entire home. The detached garage is currently being used for storage. Inside the garage you will find extra outdoor seating, electric grill on wheels and a game of corn hole for your enjoyment .

You will not see us while on your stay unless of course you need assistance. The home is equipped with keyless entry.

2 parks in the neighborhood. One large park with splash pad, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground and walking trail. The other park is a smaller "toddler park"

Car, bike, walk or Uber

This is a family friendly neighborhood and has a noise ordinance at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Pet fee for the first dog is $100.00, second dog is $50.00. No heavy shedding breeds (MUST BE ON RESERVATION MAX OF 2), please note that the pet fee does NOT included waste removal and it is your responsibility to pick up all dog waste, failure in doing so will result in an additional $150.00 fee. The couch will have a cover, but dogs are not allowed on beds. If you falsify a service dog you will be reported to the ADA and your reservation can be terminated. A service animal BY LAW must never be left alone in the home and must be with its handler at ALL TIMES. No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home. If this rule is broken you will be charged a $500.00 fee for deep cleaning and Ozone treatment. We are located in a very humid and wooded area, bugs are plentiful outside and we would like to keep them outside. We have regular pest service but ask for you help by keeping the doors closed at all times and by not leaving food out. .

Longer term renters are welcome (prior approval needed). Please note that all reservations require a signed rental agreement.

Easter Weekend

Lovely property. Well appointed. A great place to gather with our Woodlands area family for Easter. The outdoor space was a nice surprise as well. Would definitely stay here again when if we come back to visit.

Great Place to Stay

We were in the area for a wedding and chose this house because we had pets in the group. It was a great place to call home base for a few days. The property manager was terrific at communicating check-in and kept in touch throughout the stay. Would recommend to other folks.

The property was great and matched the pictures. It is probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. Great location near everything and easy to get too. The communication with the host was easy and efficient. If you are on the fence don’t hesitate to book this property.

Great Stay

Our Family had a great stay here. The house had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. The house is right next to all the shops of the woodlands. The neighborhood street the house is on is very quite. The communication with the host is top notch, check in and out was seamless. The interior of the house is beautiful and inviting. great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom is huge and all the beds where comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is special, from the warm hospitality of the owners and their willingness to help in any way, to the smallest of details at the coffee bar. Superb rental. Spittin' distance from everything in the Woodlands. Stayed two nights for a medical trip and hubby was plenty comfortable and my service dog healing from his surgery also had plenty of room to explore in the giant back yard. Master was comfortable enough, however, may consider a memory foam 14" pillow top mattress from Amazon with a waterproof cozy protector. Then it would be perfection! We would love to stay here again.

Great Spot

This is a great house at a great location for a great price. The house is like new, new bedding, just remodeled, everything is perfect. It is particularly well located for The Woodlands medical center which is why we were there. There are lots of great reviews on their arukahescapes website.
