Beautiful Tuscan courtyard single family villa home with pool and full golf privileges close to beaches, Miramar Outlets, FGCU, major shopping/dining venues and RSW Airport. Our home is less than 3 minutes walking distance to the recently renovated 55,000 square foot Clubhouse with access to 41 acres of nature preserve as well as 23 lakes, amenities include: the Fitness Center, The Studio for Fitness classes, Bocce courts, Half Basketball Court, Tennis courts, Children’s play area, Clubhouse pool and pool deck spa. The Club has a championship 18 Hole Golf Course, Driving Range, The Mark boutique and Pro Shop, and Food & Beverage options are many onsite: Poolside Cabana, Bogey’s and Bogey’s Patio, Grande Ballroom, Veranda, Hub bar, Starbucks Grande Café, and Grande Express delivery service.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We found this jewel of a home during 2021 and worked hard to make it beautiful for your extended stay. We picked this home because it is easily accessible to the Grandezza Clubhouse, RSW Airport, Miramar Outlets, beaches and other nearby destinations. Our home is also a unique courtyard style home with a separate cabana bedroom and bath and the heated pool is surrounded with private preserve land and has a new lanai enclosing the entire courtyard which has beautiful baby palm trees which flank the pool.
この宿泊施設の特徴
Home is situated near the entrance of the Grandezza development for easy egress, very close to the Grandezza Clubhouse and almost across the street from the newly installed tennis courts. The home has a separate cabana that adds an exotic feature to the beautiful home. The home has a sound system which only needs your cell phone to connect to your favorite music playlist.
