Our condo is an end unit on the 4th floor which offers both phenomenal gulf views and beach/pool watching. Hear the waves crashing throughout the entire condo or close the impact-resistant sliders and windows for quiet time. There is no other Bonita condo building with these views and oceanfront pool just steps to the beach/gulf.

We welcome MONTHLY rentals beginning July 1. Rates vary depending on dates and length of contract. Please know that we DO NOT rent for less than 30 days. Currently, Feb 1- April 15, 2023 is booked for our annual seasonal renters. Feel free to inquire directly for your dates and rates.
