An Amazing Phenomenal Stay

Just want to 1st say Tiffany was an AMAZING host wish I had just a list of her properties over the world. She constantly stayed in contact with me ensuring that things go well. The property that was listed wasn't available but honey the property /resort that she put us in "Garza Blanca" was literally a 10-Star resort. We 1st got a non-ocean view 1BR Suite which (Tiffany did state she couldn't guarantee an ocean view) was nice but with the constant assistance of Tiffany and the Staff (all were helpful) Erik at the front desk was able to get us an Ocean View. Tiffany kept in contact with me the entire time even during my flight and until we checked in. This resort was so AMAZING we are definitely returning 2024 and hopefully Tiffany will be our host. The service of the Resort top notch, the food was delicious. Recommend DAO Chinese rooftop restaurant (dress code required). Thanks to Tiffany made a birthday dream come true with our stay. Words cannot describe my gratitude of Tiffany assistance. You are the real VIP

Amazing Place

We had tried to book Tiffanys suite at Villa del Palmar but were upgraded to their connected upscale sister resort at, Garza Blanca, no extra cost to us. The resort, the room, view and pools were spectacular! Our room was large 1 bedroom with an additional pull-out couch, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen with washer and dryer. We had access and use of all the amenities of Garza Blanca as well as those at the more "family focussed" Villa del Palmar. I would happily book through Tiffany again as both resorts were great.
