This nearly new home blends open-concept design, coastal charm, and modern smart-home convenience. Enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 sparkling bathrooms, and a private backyard with a heated saltwater pool and spa for the ultimate vacation vibe.

Step through the grand 8-foot double doors and let your vacation begin. The open floor plan flows from the light-filled living area into a designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, island seating for 3, and a coffee station ready for your morning brew.

Unwind in the living room on a spacious sectional or enjoy meals together at the dining table with a view of the pool.

Bedrooms:

Master Suite: King bed, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-like ensuite with clawfoot tub and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + ensuite bath.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, steps from the full hall bath with backyard access.

Bedroom 4: Twin-over-full bunk with trundle — perfect for kids or flexible sleeping.

Beautiful saltwater pool and jacuzzi!

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at this house. The pool area, especially is beautiful and well maintained. Sunny weather was a bonus! Nick was very helpful during our stay and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Highly recommend and we will hopefully return for a future stay!!

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation! We stayed for 11 nights with 7 adults and 2 small children. The beds were all very comfortable and between the house layout, amenities and furniture there was plenty of room where we never felt like it was crowded.The pool and spa were amazing, so warm and the pool is huge! Definitely the highlight of the house. The remote for it does take a little getting used to but the house book provided great instructions.The location was great, there are so many good restaurants and grocery stores close by that made it easy to quick to run to the store and grab what you need or go out for an evening meal. The outdoor grill was clean and most of our evenings were spent in the back yard swimming and grilling out. Yucatan Waterfront restaurant is only about a 15 minute drive for a great waterfront meal in a really neat tiki bar setting.There were a lot of really nice golf courses in the area, a couple we played were Magnolia Landing and Herons Glen which were only about 20 minutes from the property and we would definitely return for a round next time we are down there.Overall the house was very clean and organized. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and had everything we needed.Nick was very quick to respond with any questions and was a great host! We would highly recommend the property and we are already looking at booking again for next year! Thank you Nick for providing a place for a memorable family vacation!

Very nice stay and highly recommend

The owner was great with communication! When we had any questions or any problems, he was on the ball with getting everything fixed and in tip top shape. Very beautiful home and fit all 10 of us very well and pool area was amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

Great Vacation Home for Two Families!

This house was the perfect size for two families. It was clean and well stocked with all the things you could need during your stay. Nick was very responsive to answer calls and texts during our stay. Pool was bigger than it looks in pictures and the temperature of the pool and spa were perfect. No complaints here. Thank you Nick & Nina for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home for the week. We hope to come back sometime!

Perfect for large families

This house was great! We had a group of 10, including young kids and it was the perfect amount of space. Everyone enjoyed the pool area and it’s great that there are toy floaties for toddler on site. The house was clean! I typically get nervous to look at the rag after a spill and I impressed with how clean the floors were. We all said we’d definitely stay again.
