Newly built ~620sqft apartment suite all to yourself! Accessible up two steps through a common enclosed lanai/deck, you enter the unit: kitchenette and full size laundry, main bedroom with adjustable/motorized king bed, closet with storage, bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub, double lavatory sinks, and office area with built in desk. Fiber internet high speed is typically ~500Mbps. Full wall green screen for video conferencing/remote work.
USJ-9000 massage chair that will put you to sleep.
Satellite dish connected to 65 smart TV in bedroom, and 32 bathroom smart TV to unwind in the tub.
Other comforts: electronic bidet, dimmable lights, unlimited hot water, full house filtered water (for health and taste, all fixtures are drinkable), and privacy! Private entrance, and dead end street; close to major shopping centers (Costco/SamsClub/Walmart/Publix), close to major attractions.

Great little place for price!

This is one of the better places we’ve stayed in at this price point, and we’re glad it was affordable to us. The hosts are great and attentive, and our main suggestion is to get an instructions sheet for guests with pertinent info so then you don’t have to text them. In a quiet, dead end street, close to Pinellas bike trail and about 15 minute bike ride to beach. Loved having laundry and decent kitchenware. Cute town of Dunedin is only 3 miles away and on bike trail. The bidet toilet is a hoot and a holler and you can experience that. We would definitely stay again.

Clearwater Like a Native

Perfect accommodations for spending days or weeks in the Clearwater/Tampa area. We’ll-kept quiet neighborhood away from US 19 but close to downtown CW, Dunedin and CW beaches. All new appliances and fixtures. Off street parking. Host and hostess very accommodating. I’ve already recommended this location to family and friends.
