Welcome to your peaceful home away from home in beautiful Clearwater. This charming ground-floor condo is located in the gated Avalon community, just 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach, and is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a relaxing stay close to beaches, shopping, dining, and local attractions.

The condo offers excellent value in a prime location, only 15 minutes from St. Pete–Clearwater Airport and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, making travel easy and convenient.

Inside the condo, you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay:

Everything was great. The only downfall was the bbq grill not being at the unit to cook on. It was down by the pool so not easy for meals. Otherwise excellent.

The condo was cute and comfortable. We had plenty to use cookware wise to cook meals at home. The patio is screen in, so nice! Internet and TV works without issues. The condo complex is great- quiet and safe. We have stayed in this complex several times before, but this was the first time with Dana's condo. The beach is not far. Dana was very quick to communicate throughout our trip if we had any questions, and was very sweet. Her recommendations for places to visit and eat at were great. Looking forward to book with Dana again in the future. Thank you.

Honeymoon getaway

Dana our host was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying at the Avalon. Very quiet and can get to any of the surrounding beaches with a quick drive. Will stay here again when we go down there again.

I sent my mom and her bestie of 55 years on a vacation with this location being their main stay. They had an absolutely lovely time and enjoyed the clean convenient ground level unit. The toaster wasn’t working and the owner had one delivered a few hours later. Very kind and stayed on top of things. We would stay here again for sure.

Perfect condo close to beach

My daughter and I stayed here and it exceeded expectations. Clean, great decor, 10 mins to beach, and most important, we both felt safe. We appreciated the quiet hours, and beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Highly recommend this condo!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean and perfect for my wife and 2-yr-old. The host had a pack n play for us to use. Only 15 minutes from the main Clearwater Beach. Many great restaurants with a short drive. We really enjoyed using the pool at the complex.

Extremely clean and comfortable

Condo is exactly as advertised and even more! Great experience and Dana is extremely helpful. Everything is there down to beach chairs, umbrella, kids beach toys and even a cooler! Will definitely be staying with Dana again.

The Avalon at Clearwater

The condo was clean and in a very convenient location. It is only a 12 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. The owner was very communicative and available. My family and I had an incredible time. I highly recommend it.
