Enjoy your next summer getaway at Apartment Elli, ideally located just a short stroll from the sandy Portapizana public beach and only minutes away from the picturesque Old Town.

Welcome to Apartment Elli °1, a charming ground-floor retreat with a spacious 55 square meters, perfect for a family or group of four. This cozy apartment features a comfortable living room, a double bedroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds that can easily be joined to form a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, and all the necessary kitchenware for your convenience.

The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine, with an additional separate toilet for added comfort. From the living room, you have direct access to a delightful, shaded terrace, draped in lush grape vines—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal outdoors. Please note that smoking is permitted only on the terrace or balcony.

Super gut geschnittene FeWo für mehrere kids, Lage unschlagbar (5 Minuten in die Altstadt, 5 Minuten zum Stadtstrand!), alles da was man braucht.

Rundum schön

Eine schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von Strand, Altstadt und Restaurants entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und großartig zu den Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
