This house offers a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath on the first floor. The finished basement offers another living room, a large bedroom with bunk beds, two twin beds, and a half bath. There is also a large deck with a grill and an outdoor shower.

We are located next to Wequaquet Lake (654 acres) with a private path that provides access to the lake. You can also take a 4 minute walk to Wequaquet Lake Beach. We have two kayaks and small dinghy for your enjoyment.

The famous Craigsville Beach is located less than 3 miles away. For rainy days the mall and movie theatre is located 3 miles away. If you want to hop on the ferry to Islands, no problem Main Street Hyannis is approximately 4 miles away. Enjoy the great local restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away.
