Nice property for our short stay

Short two night stay for Winterblast fireworks shows. Nice, safe location, easy driving access to everything in Lake Havasu City. Kitchen well furnished, great new flooring! Everything was as described in the listing. It does have three bathrooms,not one as the listing seems to imply.

This place works out nicely for a group. Proximity to the marina is convenient.

The bare minimum!

Ceiling fans only worked on high, asked host about fans, she said they aren’t adjustable. No garbage bags provided. A/C worked properly in half the house. The kitchen- bare minimum in kitchen. No condiments, or seasoning to cook a meal. Heavy old crystal Martini, and wine glasses from goodwill, and only two each for a house that sleeps six. Hand and dish soap was watered down. Used dirty sponge was provided. Only a couple inches of thin foil left on roll. But instead a giant roll of parchment paper. The cheapest pod coffee maker was hidden in back of a cabinet. The ice maker made a horrible noise that woke us up at night, but made no ice. Bathrooms- no blow dryer in all three bathrooms. Mismatched bleach stained towels, one was from a hotel. Not enough towels so had to do laundry everyday. Shampoo and body wash in only one bathroom.hand soap diluted with water. Toilet paper was so thin and rough that we had to provide our own. No Kleenex in any bathroom. Shower door in master kept coming off track. Bedrooms- no dresser in bedrooms. Used wadded up tissues under bed in master bedroom. Pillows were flat, and uncomfortable. Miscellaneous- gas grille torched $80 of steaks in 2 minutes. No outdoor furniture as advertised. One tv in whole house situated so far from sofa I needed binoculars to see it.

2nd stay

This property worked so well for our group the first time that we decided to stay here again. The sleeping arrangements and location make for a nice stay.

Comfortable and convenient

We just returned from our stay at this house. The rooms/bathrooms and bed configuration worked perfectly for our family of 7 adults. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and everyone had fun taking a turn on the Pacman game. The location is great with close proximity to Windsor Beach and only about 3 miles to the London Bridge. We will definitely stay here again.
