This newly remodeled 3B2B pool home also has a game room with pool table and is set up to enjoy your staycation without ever needing to leave. It is also blocks to downtown with tons of great restaurants and nightlife.
Street level house with side parking for a boat or trailer. Includes a 2 car garage and a fenced back yard. The kitchen is fully furnished and open to the rest of the house-great for entertaining! Washer and dryer, 2 patios and a BBQ grill.
High speed internet is also included.

Rod was very communicative and helpful. House was homey and comfortable. Fenced in yard kept our two dogs safe. Grocery store 4 minutes away. London Bridge just 8 minutes away. Good neighborhood.

Freezer was not dependable, would work sometimes, Robert sent bags of ice. The hot water was only mildly warm, sofa was horrible, leather cracked [looks like it should be on the street for pick up] . I would not recommend.

Mary, I was very disappointed to see your review. First issue, you couldn't figure out how to use the keypad to get in despite detailed instructions. Second, you kept turning the freezer off. We were there twice turning it back on, and again after you left. However, we brought you ice daily and I checked in daily to make sure you were all good. As for the house, it is in excellent condition per the many 5 star reviews.

Spacious, open plan house and nicely decorated. Good location and easy to find. Unfortunately, we had an event to attend so we didn't get to spend much time there and enjoy the amenities.

Last trip of the summer

The home was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool is good size, but not heated, so a swim during the cooler months is probably not gonna happen. The home is also centrally located so its easy to get wherever you want to go. I also appreciate the use of the garage so your car doesn't have to sit in the hot sun. Overall i would definitely recommend this home.

Anniversary weekend.

We had a very nice relaxing weekend. House was bigger than we needed, very comfortably appointed and the back yard was great for our pup. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Everything was great. Sleeping arrangements were ideal. Access to the garage for parking 2 cars made it easy. Less than a 10 minute drive to the marina where we had a slip for our boat was convenient.

Everything you need!

This house was fun, with plenty of space for our group. It was nice to have access to the garage and the beds were comfy. A little further from the lake than we anticipated but it worked out.

Great place

My husband and I took our son and some of his friends to Lake Havasu and rented this house while there. It was clean, more spacious than I expected and close to the lake. The check in was easy and instructions were clear. We had a great time.
