Relax in our pet-friendly home! This townhouse s is bright and comfortable with a private walled patio, sky deck and onsite parking. Excellent amenities, indoor gas fireplace, new furniture and hotel-grade linens and towels. Free on-site parking.

Wi-fi and a desk nook for remote work.

Swim in the community salt water pool and hot tub.
For Summer of 2025 we have added a queen sofa bed in the living area! Let us know if you want to use it when you make the reservation and we will put out additional sheets and towels.

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Walk to the DeAnza trail and the #1 Small Art Town in America. The perfect home base for exploring Tubac!

Pet Owners:

DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BED.
Leave them alone only while in a crate.
Pick up all pet waste and put the bags in the trash.

NOTE ABOUT EXCESS PET HAIR: If you allow pets on the couch and bed and my housekeeper has to remove excess hair, we will charge an additional $30 cleaning fee. Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the furniture.

Use the yellow/orange towels from the bathroom at the pool and hot tub.

Towels are not available at the pool. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower.

Was OK...

There were some issues- forwarded to host for further action. Area is pretty desolate. Nearest mkt is some 20 mls away. Be nice if property had their own BBQ grill, instead of the community unit. Overall....OK.

Lovely time in Tubac!

Jan is the ultimate proprietor! Stayed for a week of family gatherings. Such a comfortable spot to go back to each night. Will definitely be back!

Lovely neighborhood and the property was charming and very comfortable.

We were centrally located nearTucson, many attractions to choose from and, a short walk away from the lovely community of Tubac. Shopping was great and it was a marvelous place to 'chill out". The sun was out every day except one. People in the neighborhood were very friendly.The kitchen is stocked with utensils and is wonderful for someone who likes to cook.

One of the best...

We enjoyed the location: Close to the De Anza Trail, a healthy walk into Tubac, very close to the pool and hot tub. It was the time of year when mornings are cold and days are warm so we appreciated both the fireplace and the pool. House is very clean and neat. What would have made the stay perfect was more usable outdoor spaces: The outdoor furniture (rooftop and patio) need to be replaced. We had folding chairs with us because another review had commented on this, but it seems like an easy fix to make. Would stay again. Indoor furniture and decor all very nice.

This Townhome is AMAZING

I will HIGHLY recommend staying at this Townhome. Jen is a great host & the home is immaculate. Clean, super cozy & has everything you need. My husband and I agree this is the best place we have ever stayed at in our many travels. It has both beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and within walking distance to the historic Tubac Town Center. Thank you Jen for making this such a pleasant stay.

Comfortable, relaxing weekend near Tubac

Weekend in Tubac

Just wanted a quiet weekend away from crowds and traffic in the valley. This was perfect! Very clean with everything we needed. Close to the pool/hot tub and short walk to Anza trail.

Great place in Tubac

Cute rental in Tubac. Perfect for a couple. We stayed 2 nights and found it very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. It has a lovely patio and sky deck but it was pretty chilly to sit outside in the evening. Easy walk or drive into Tubac. Highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again!

Tubac is awesome

Great house for a couple people! Kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and the house was very clean upon arrival. The sky deck is a great place to cap off your day and have some tea before bed. The community is very nice and welcoming with hiking near by.

Wonderful Respite

Townhome was super clean and inviting. Comfortable furniture and bed. Contemporary decor that eases you into your stay. Pool and spa were such a treat. Jan was a great host and very communicative. Can't go wrong with visiting Tubac during monsoon season!

Best Nest in Tubac

This was our first visit to Tubac and our first Vrbo rental. We were extremely pleased with our experience. Jan’s communication was exceptional. Her home was wonderful, as pictured and as described. My wife and I spent two nights and it was a perfect getaway spot that was quiet and clean. Tubac is a lovely little community and I highly recommend staying at Jan’s little nest. Thanks Jan!

Loved the outdoor spaces and walkability

We especially liked the rooftop space and the enclosed patio area. We were able to see a great view of the western sky, including the planet Mercury low in the sky right at sunset. Dark skies matter to us, so the location was perfect. I loved being able to easily walk to Tubac and to have access to the de Anza Trail. The saltwater pool felt fantastic after hiking. There is a lap lane for swimmers. The home had everything we needed, very quiet and relaxing.

Simply the Best Nest

We were thrilled with the property and location and had a lovely stay there. The place was spotlessly clean and pleasingly decorated. It also felt very comfortable and safe. We walked our little dog at various times and neighbors all were very friendly. The upstairs veranda is especially nice in the evening for sunset or moon and a glass of wine! It is easy to access the cute little town, wonderful historical locations, and various restaurants and cultural locations. The space has good energy. Thank you for sharing it with us and for excellent communication.

What a gem!

So glad we found this little gem in Tubac, AZ. This condo has everything - a full kitchen, a washer & dryer, a smart TV to watch just about anything you want, a super comfy bed, and don't forget the delightful rooftop balcony to enjoy a drink and gaze at the stars. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smells amazing! And it's quiet - which we really appreciate. This location provides easy access to the town center, as well as being walking minutes away from the De Anza Trail. And what a beautiful trail it is! A great place to "get lost in nature," yet, not get lost. Jan is amazing and we communicated throughout the stay - she's wonderful at providing tips for dining, birding, or anything else you may want to know about the area. We had such a lovely time visiting and will definitely return to Best Nest!
