The house was very clean, Todd, the host was very responsive to any questions and the pool was cleaned during our stay. The house was the perfect place for my family and friends during our stay for my son’s wedding!

Everything was great...the kids had a great time in the pool..the golf cart was definitely a plus for our quick runs to the store/ beach.. riding the neighborhood with the kids late evening...we will definitely be booking again in the near future.. property was near everything... Definitely worth it

The house was just what we needed for this trip. I had 10 girls stay there for a bachelorette trip and we had plenty of space. It is an easy walk to the beach and the golf cart came in very handy for being our coolers and beach equipment with us. House was very clean and no issues to report.

Beautiful beach home. Very clean and perfect location. Parking was a challenge with 6 vehicles. Would definitely rent this house again.

To give you an idea of what we’re looking for, we’ve stayed in a few homes around Crystal Beach, so our expectations are based on similar-sized and priced homes over the last ten years. The hosts communicated well and got back to us quickly. We did have a long list of concerns we mentioned to the host after we left. If we’d submitted a maintenance request for all of them, they would have been in and out of the house for two weeks while we were there. So, unless we ran into something that made it unsafe to stay, we just dealt with the issues and made the most of our time. This house definitely needs some TLC and repairs. The location was fantastic, and the golf cart was amazing! The paddle boards were falling apart or couldn’t hold air, which is a bit of a bummer since they’re not usually included in homes. The layout and size of the home were awesome, but the quality of the furniture, electric, etc. was concerning. As we mentioned, we sent a message to the host after our stay explaining why we couldn’t give a five-star rating and what we experienced. Fingers crossed they take care of the concerns!

Great location but

We loved the location and ability to get to the beach easily with small children with the golf cart. The pool was very nice too. The amenities however were mediocre for the price paid.

Destin get away

The house was very clean. It was a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Grandkids loved going for ice cream with grandpa in the golf cart. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Very nice home... This home is conveniently located within walking distance to various stores and restaurants such as Publix, total wine, bass pro shop, outback, dominoes and many more. The beach is a short two block walk from the home. The home features plenty of space to accommodate a large group and is perfect for a family get away. This home provides everything needed to have an enjoyable stay...loved that home had toys (golf cart, paddle boards, stuff for kids to use in pool) 5 stars and will definitely recommend and come back

Very organized

From the reservation to the check out this was and absolute smooth process , and accessible location . Within walking distance to beach and golf cart was very useful for shops or beach ride . House was very spacious and clean . We will def recommend .

Freestyle was very conveniently located near so many great stores and restaurants. The golf cart was very much appreciated while the walk to the beach felt like a stones throw away. Great location and accommodations! The four king beds plus multiple bunk beds were great for our large group.

Absolutely would book this property again!!! Everything was clean and ready to go. Only MINOR issues were ants on the patio and front porch. Just need to be treated. Pool was comfortable but the listing has AI photos which give a different appearance, but again not worth not coming back. It was in a perfect spot for us and the amenities were worth it. Don’t miss out on this great property!!
