Not a good experience

It was always dificult to contact the owner. Very inconvenient to be relocated LÄST MINUTE as we were on our way to the booked address. we got a phone call saying we had to be relocated. The other location was far not walking distance to our Workshop. It Was unacceptsble to have a dirty bathroom. the bathtub was a mes, not what was expected. We asked for a wifi connection but never got an answer. We were ignore the whole time. So disappointed in the service by the host and vrbo. Our first and last experience

Horrible management

My dog died 36hrs prior to my arrival and I needed to make alterations to my trip and the host’s response was “…it’s too late for that.”

Simple and comfortable

This little place is perfect for one or two people. It’s very cute and the bed is comfortable. Plenty of good food options just a walk across the street! The bnb shares the lot of a BP gas station but is separated by a fence. Super convenient when we wanted to run next door for a redbull or soda. Shopping everywhere around you and very close to the Wynwood walls art district! 5minutes to target, Ross, Marshall’s, and many other stores. Fridge and oven/stove. Oddly there was one single pot (no pans) and there’s no microwave! The only downside I would say is the blinds. They don’t come al the way down to the bottom of the window and there are no curtains! Easily you can look in the windows. Also the bright Miami sun will wake you out of your sleep as soon as it shines on your closed eye balls. I felt very safe in the area and would visit again for sure! The parking is a little competitive as there is a busy food truck spot across the street. And parking is not free all day, only certain times. Place was seemingly clean and comfy. Suggestions for host are 1. Get a Roku remote for the tv so it’s not so confusing 2. Get curtains for the windows 3. Add a frying pan 4. PUT AN ACTUAL TRASH CAN IN THERE not that little bathroom can 5. Respond more timely to messages and inquiries
