気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Not good
Our stay was less than satisfactory for many reasons. Though it was cute, it did not have the amenities as listed. There were no shampoos or soaps. There were no sponges or scrub brushes for cleaning if the dishes, no paper towels or trash bags. The silverware had dried peanut butter (assuming it was peanut butter) on multiple pieces. We had to get our own paper plates and plastic silverware at that point because we felt like that was gross and didn’t want to use the dishes. The bedding was stained. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The property was so loud every night. There was not one night that we were able to sleep more than 2 hours at a time. A dryer was listed but was not there, they stated there was coin operated on site and there was not. The location we were told that was only a 5 minutes walk was much longer than that. The mold in the shower was very bad. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. We ended up checking out a day early. They replied quickly with certain things and not at all about others. I understand it’s Miami and a busy town, but if you plan to sleep at night, this place is probably not a good idea unless you use ear plugs.
