Sleeps 8 | 3 bedrooms | 5 baths
Nye Ki-ki is located right in the heart of Nye Beach in Newport. It has great ocean views and is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house boasts:
Oceanfront views and great location
Upstairs loft
Hot tub overlooking the ocean
BBQ
Home Description:
Nye Ki-Ki has great access to the Nye Beach area (read about what to do in the area HERE). This home has a spacious great room with a gas fireplace and open concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a large dining table with room for everyone, a 4-burner gas stove, and views overlooking the beach. There are also 2 connected decks, 3 private bedrooms, and a loft. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is on the main level (no bedrooms on the ground floor).

Bedroom 1 - Main floor king bedroom with en-suite bath with walk in shower only. Access to the hot tub.
Bedroom 2 - Upstairs queen bedroom with detached shared full bath (tub/shower combo).
Bedroom 3 - Upstairs king bedroom with en-suite bath with walk-in shower only.
Upstairs Loft - futon with shared full bath.
Amber is our Reservation Coordinator for this home and is happy to help you with any questions or concerns. Just send her an email describing the nature of your stay and your group size!

* We allow arrivals at 3:30 p.m. Monday-Saturdays, 5:00 p.m on Sundays. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m
**We do not allow dogs at this rental.
Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly
When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retrieved by OPI if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Let us know if you have further questions.

Perfect stay

House was lovely. Perfect location from Main Street at Nye Beach and Ocean. Both a short block away. Open concept, so the family was connected, large enough for areas to break off and do your own thing. Plenty of supplies, no shortages. And plenty of bathrooms!! Really great house. Also really appreciated the communication from the property managers. The best and most prompt I’ve ever experienced. Thank you to the owners for opening their lovely home and to the property managers who helped us enjoy it and take the proper care of it. Would stay again for sure!!

Great stay, would have liked to know the checkout process before booking. We struggled to meet the requirements because of our early 7:45 am departure. Otherwise would definitely rent again!

This was a perfect location for our annual girls trip - so close to restaurants and shops and one block off the beach! The house was very clean and had more kitchen equipment, towels, toiletries and extras than we could ever use - highly recommend this house!!

Elegance at the Beach

This home was immaculate and beautiful! The decor was lovely and the amenities were first rate. We spent so much time enjoying Newport that we didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen provided everything needed to prepare a full holiday meal for a huge family. Nothing was missing! Then, from the bubbling hot tub to the waves splashing on the beach - just a short walk away - we knew we were on vacation every minute of the day. It was truly a pleasure to stay at this property. The next time we’re in Newport, this will be our spot! One other note - our host (Amber) was absolutely the best! She was responsive, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. It made our stay very easy and very enjoyable.

Beautiful house on the ocean

This is a new modern house with a great view of the ocean and in the heart of Nye Beach. House was very clean, had plenty of space amd stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great throughout the process.

Wonderfully located home near beach and restaurants

The home is beautifully decorated. Very clean and modern. Kitchen is functional and fully stocked if you are cooking. Bedroom set up and locations worked perfectly for our 2 families. House instructions were easily understood. We found this very helpful. The location is perfect, s short walk to beach entrance and a short walk to several restaurants and shops. You are one row back from the beach and can see the water from many of the windows. We have rented numerous homes over the last 20 years and this is one of the best stocked and maintained. Our only minor issue was getting fresh air throughout the first living floor. Most of the windows on the first floor living space are fixed and do not open. We were not comfortable leaving the first floor outdoor bedroom door open. If there was a way to get air flow throughout an instruction would have helped us. Thank you for sharing your lovely property!

Gorgeous house in a great location.

The house has stunning decor with ocean views. Well stocked throughout with thoughtful touches. Easy walk to beach and Nye Beach shops an restaurants. We were visiting for the Coast Jazz Party which was a short walk away.

Beautiful home!

Great location! Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. We’ll appointed kitchen and beautiful furnishings. The only downside is a lot of stairs. Having said that, all of us are grandparents and we still made it.
