2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Seagrove Villa 11C is a rare two-story oceanfront villa with a layout unlike anything else in Wild Dunes. The primary suite sits on the upper floor — a private king bedroom with its own full en suite bathroom and spectacular direct ocean views. Downstairs, the kitchen and living room open right out to the Atlantic, with the Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool just steps away. It’s the kind of place where you wake up, look out the window, and genuinely can’t believe you’re not dreaming.

Tucked directly adjacent to shops and restaurants in Wild Dunes, Seagrove 11C is as convenient as it is beautiful. Covered private parking, an oceanfront pool, and the full suite of Wild Dunes amenities — golf, spa, dining, bike trails — are all right outside your door. For families, couples, or friend groups who want the ultimate in beachfront access, this is the one.

Seagrove Villa 11C guests have exclusive access to the Seagrove Villas oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!

⛳ Golf
