Comfortable and roomy condo!

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here and loved the beach views!! The condo was well equipped and would highly recommend!! The Indian Shores and Indian Rocks areas are so beautiful, laid back and fun!!

Incredible beach view and amazing sunsets!

We truly enjoyed our 3 week stay in Indian Shores. The views and and sounds of the crashing waves from the balcony are more than calming! Would recommend this property!

Very nice Condo

The condo is very well maintained and newer. Everything you would need and the balcony is great! The pool is in the front of the building which isn’t great and building is outdated but would definitely recommend!

Very nice location on the beach

Great location and the property was very well maintained. Corner unit allows you to see the beach and ocean from two different views. The weather didn't cooperate for a lot of our stay, but that's not the owners fault. Would go back again.

Beach vacation

This place is absolutely amazing. Up to date, not run down. Very clean. Plenty of beach toys and chairs. Even a 10x10 canopy tent. Best part is the view. Plus you are right on the beach, no obstructions.

Great location and place to stay. Easy beach access. Local attractions and food/shopping close by.

As always, it seems rental properties have issues with restrooms. Toilets that run or don’t flush right and what’s up with the fake bidet. Other than that, place was great.

Holliday Villas II

Great condo, great time. Building is rather dated like most of the area. Beaches and sunset are awesome. Pool in front gets shaded quickly, but we’ll heated. Too many locked gateways, but figured out how to traverse.

Wonderful stay with only one negative

The condo and view were top-notch. The elevator was the lowlight. Only one elevator for all guests, and no air conditioning or even a fan in the elevator made it extremely hot and uncomfortable. The building is old and run-down but the condo is new and modern.

Everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderfully relaxing spring break at the beach with our family, in part because of this beautiful, well equipped condo. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the unit was clean with attention to detail evident. We flew from Ohio to Florida which limited the amount of entertainment we could bring for the kids so it was a nice surprise to find a variety of fun new board games and books in the living room. The only hiccup was there were only 2 beach towels for our family of 5. We made do the first day and then without us even asking, a bag of 3 more towels were dropped off at our door and a nice text sent to let us know. I would highly recommend this rental team and unit.

Comfortably Modern

This is a nice 2-bedroom condo that is very fresh, clean, and modern. The size and the furnishings were very comfortable for our family of four. The view is awesome and you have the most amazing view of the ocean. We sat on the balcony a lot in the mornings and evenings. We absolutely loved the condo and they had nice appliances, non-stick cookware, and everything in the kitchen was well-stocked. The area is also nice with a small beach town feel to it with some really cool restaurants nearby, specifically Salt Rock Grill, Aqua Prime, Kooky Coconut, Bay 1 Ice Cream (try the empanadas), and Original Pizza Restaurant. There's also miniature golf nearby, as well as great little surf shops and beach stores. We went to a couple of parks that were recommended by a local waitress - George C. McGough Nature Park in Largo (turtles & owls) and Sawgrass Lake Park (alligators) in St. Petersburg, as well as the Seabird Sanctuary which was very close to the condo. The only problems we had were that we were given the wrong elevator and pool codes but we figured it out, and also the pool is a little confusing on how to get in, but it was a nice pool and also very clean and well-maintained.

Would not recommend

Unfortunately we were not even able to access the property, as the front door code did not work and Teeming Property Management failed to provide an emergency code. When the situation was explained to the property manager the next day, the customer service manager did not acknowledge how they failed to provide a code, be available for an emergency call or provide any sympathy towards the situation, given that we were left stranded at night without a place to stay. The reviews are true regarding the elevator, so do not expect this to work and be prepared to lug all of your groceries and luggage up the stairs. The property also seems generally in need to repair. While I cannot speak to the unit itself, I would avoid any property associated with this management company, which apparently manages many units in this building.

Condo was great but getting in a nightmare

The unit itself was clean and beautifully decorated, as well as fully equipped. The location on the beach was perfect and the balcony was a favorite space for us to watch the many dolphins. The condo complex was worn down - elevator broken, paint chipping. That leads us to the biggest problem - getting to our unit. The info we were sent for check in listed a code for the elevator. No mention was made about what do it the elevator didn’t work - no mention of the lock box or code to get the key to the locked stairwell. After several attempts trying to open the lock box, I phoned Teeming (the rental management office). The individual I spoke with very clearly knew nothing about this. She repeatedly asked if I was at the correct complex, especially when I told her we were in the garage. We were on the phone for nearly 30 minutes before she could give us an accurate code to open the lock box. This was not a great start to vacation! Add on carrying luggage and groceries up to the fourth floor and we were not happy.

Spring Break Trip with Family

Overall the unit was very nice. We did not need the property managers, but they were very accessible if needed. This unit is in a great location on the beach. If you enjoy watching the sun set over the gulf, this is your place. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has most everything you will need. The owners have provided several beach chairs, pool floats, and sand toys for you to use which is very nice. There are also 4 beach towels for you to use. Beware of the elevator at this property. It is extremely slow. Most of the time we settled for the stairs because it was much faster. But when you have luggage or heavy items, be prepared for a wait. The main TV in the living room does not have a cable box on it. All you can get are the free channels through Samsung TV plus. If you are looking for your favorite shows or any live sports you are out of luck. The two bedrooms have a cable box so you will need to watch most things there. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. They are outside in the hallways between the units. If you plan on using them while there...bring quarters!! Who carries quarters with them on vacation?

Honest Opinion

The condo was right on the beach and provided wonderful sunsets each evening. However, the condo is a bit cramped in the bedrooms and master bath. Unfortunately, we were locked out of our condo for several hours on the 2nd day and took many calls to get a technician to the condo to replace the batteries in the keyless lock. Although they eventually took care of it, it was very inconvenient being locked out with no car keys, no swim suits so we were left to sit at the pool for hours until someone showed up. The supposed lock box down stairs did not exist and took another technician to come bring an actual key to let the first technician in to change the batteries. Vacasa needs to improve their communications with the customer. It took took call to finally get someone Debbie to assist us with some urgency. Aubrey was finally able to let us into the condo. We still awaiting for someone from Vacasa to provide us with monetary restitution for our troubles and frustration. The condo could use a deep cleaning starting with the fan blades and the dust hanging from the Master Bedroom ceiling over the bed. The floors need to be mopped and not just dusted. The couch is leather and extremely hard not very comfortable to sit or lay on. The beds were comfortable. Would consider renting from a different rental company in the future. Close to the Salt Rock Grille which was wonderful Pork Chop and Creme Brulee were amazing. Also check out Cafe Paris in Indian Rocks this place is has authentic French breakfast and is delicious.

Be prepared

The view and location were amazing! Unfortunately, our family struggled to get in. The emailed correspondence for entering included several codes for entry to the elevator, pool and beach gate, but no way to enter the room. When we called to get the code we were directed to a lockbox that didn’t exist. There is a wall of lockboxes with keys to various units, but not to this one. The people who answer the phone don’t know this. After two hours of calling and waiting and trying various codes, we were let in by a rental agency employee who changed the code to let us in. Once inside we did discover the keys to the stairwell were inside. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, the part you can’t see is the lack of cleanliness. The floor is super slippery from the sand that was there before we even got there. The beds were also sandy. The dishes were not clean and the utensil drawers were sticky. These factors had me wondering if anything was cleaned properly between guests. The overall maintenance is lacking as the front of the dishwasher is falling off and made it difficult close. Several outlets in the home are also not working. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper as less than a roll per bathroom was provided. Be prepared to bring your own dishwasher soap as none was left, but running the dishwasher is a checkout requirement. (There was a laundry pod under the sink, so be careful.) Be prepared with an extension cord because many outlets do not work. Blow dry your hair in the hall because the bathroom outlets don’t work. Don’t plan to watch television in the bedrooms because they show a loading message and do not work. The view was great, but the issues at the beginning put a damper on the trip. With the high cost of this rental, they should be able to spring for a few rolls of toilet paper, a pod of dish detergent. Considering we aren’t the first guests to have issues entering, I was disappointed that this simple issue still hasn’t been solved. If I was in charge of this property, the reviews would not reflect any of the same issues more than once.

Great beachfront condo

We had a lovely long weekend at this condo. All codes, and access worked perfectly. We had zero issues and was a wonderful stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Girls Trip!!

We had six girls on a long weekend vacation and this place definitely met our expectations! It was nice to have a small convenient store super close! They have all the things you may need for the beach and more! The area is wonderful! Not too overpopulated. The one complaint is the bunk beds were a little sketchy. For kiddos I think they would be fine but for adults, not so much.
