Condo was clean. Balcony looks right over the gulf. Great parking place close to elevators. Short walk to a great French breakfast coffee place. 5-10 minutes to many great places to eat. Halfway between Clearwater and John’s Pass. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond.

Amazing views of the ocean! Condo had what we needed. Bring cash if you plan on doing laundry as they are coin operated machines.Overall a great place to enjoy the beach Had a great time!

We had a great stay. Great location right on the beach and away from the beat and path, but close enough to some really good dining and grocery options. Would highly recommend !!

Perfect spot on the beach for our family of 5. The view is beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, and my boys loved jumping back and forth from the beach to pool.

Perfect family vacation!

Perfect location

our property was right on the beach, you could sit on the balcony and hear the rolling waves. Beds were comfortable and living area very spacious. Highly recommended.

Perfect family trip!

Location, location, location! To be able to wake and fall alseep listening and seeing the ocean was relaxing! We loved the property. The beach was beautiful. The unit was clean, and plenty of room for our first ever girls trip, me, my mom and my daughter. Everyone was very friendly. Driving to and from was a breeze! Highly recommend and plan to go back!

Great proximity to the beach

The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, and you can hear the waves from the balcony. This, along with the close proximity to the beach and heated pool, were the best features. There were beach toys and an umbrella, and you can rent shaded lounge chairs right on the beach.

Excellent place !

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had a 7 year old, 5 year old and 4 month old, they had a pack and play for our infant, even a baby bathtub, the pool was super warm and the beach is very close. Will definitely be coming back. Also Walmart grocery delivers which was awesome!

Amazing view, so relaxing!

My husband, two young adult sons and I stayed for a long weekend to visit with my in-laws. The place was perfect! We were so comfortable. Beach access was so easy. Everything you needed was close. The steps were easy, and there is an elevator that was perfect for my in-laws when they visited. The host was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

My wife and I are originally from Buffalo, but we met in Tampa through a mutual friend, got married and started a family right away. We had our first son Sammy in 2003, but unfortunately lost him suddenly just before his second birthday, We have two amazing children, Matt and Brooke who inspired us to find a place on the beach and enjoy our time together.
Our family is very active and we love all the different types of outdoor activities that we can do together.

We chose to buy Holiday Villa's 311 because we loved that it was directly on the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of so many of the touristy locations. We love the serenity of the sunsets from the balcony and enjoy the peaceful mornings watching the dolphins play in the gulf.
We completely renovated the kitchen and the bathrooms, but the condo still has an extremely comfortable family feel to the unit.

Our condo boasts a large balcony for you to enjoy sunsets, and peaceful mornings. Our family often enjoys a good card game while we watch the sun set from the very comfortable patio furniture.
There's a lot to do around our condo whether you have young kids in town or are just young at heart. We love to dolphin watch, play mini golf, fish, or go out to a great dinner. You can also rent a kayak or paddle board from one of the many beach rental companies that will gladly deliver to the beach for your convenience. If you prefer motorized water sports there is a marina a short distance away that you can rent all types of boats, or jet-skis. You will not be disappointed by a delicious meal at Salt Rock Grill, or breakfast at Frog Pond.
