Brand new, bright and elegantly furnished resort style condo. Right on the golf course with wide open views and excellent amenities.
This third floor condo offers a large open-concept kitchen and living area. The screened lanai has a spectacular view of the lake and an amazing golf course.
The master suite boasts a king size bed, large walk-in closet and inviting bath. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed but that can be replaced with 2 twin sized beds instead, it has an adjoining bath with It. The condo has a full size washer, dryer in the unit.
Rental of the unit comes with access to the Babcock Ranch amenties which include: 2 pools, Gas fireplaces and grill cubicles for entertaining, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, open field areas. For an additional cost, there is a 2 story fitness center that provides physical therapy treatments, lap pool, free classes, weights, machines, basketball court, pilates studio, massage center.
The club fee of $250 is for the transfer of membership.
