All Short-Term Rentals in the Village of Buckeye Lake are governed under Ordinances #2022-36/#2023-27

The Space:
First floor includes an eat in kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to make a full meal. The spacious living room has a sofa, arm chairs and smart TV and is connected to the front entry. Additionally on the first floor is a half bath, laundry room, and walk-in pantry.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and arm chairs. This room also includes a smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom is complete with a full size bed, twin bunk beds, walk in closet and some areas to sit. Guests staying in the room will have access to the second full bathroom located off the hallway. Additionally the second floor has a desk and dedicated work space.

This home can comfortably sleep 6 people. It can sleep up to 8, but additional fee will apply!

The fenced in backyard offers privacy and is outfitted for grilling, bonfires and family game night. A full size propane grill is available for guest use along with a variety of yard games. Backyard also includes adirondack chairs around the fire and an outdoor dining table.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and back yard!

The Neighborhood:
Buckeye Lake itself spans 5 towns and 2 counties! We are located in the center of the Village of Buckeye Lake (Licking County). The Village of Buckeye Lake is a small town along the north shore. Like many lake towns the streets are narrow and the houses are close together! Especially in the summer you will see neighbors out walking, it’s important to note that there are no sidewalks however cars do yield to walkers! Like many small towns in Ohio the look of surrounding houses may vary, but don’t let that deter you from having fun and exploring all the lake has to offer!

Getting Around:
Parking is only available on gravel driveway. Driveway can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars. Unfortunately there is no street parking available.
