Welcome to NoDouble Cottage, named for the champion Arkansas chestnut stallion. This horse-themed lakeside casita sits on a quiet cove of Lake Hamilton, just 4 miles from Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, with stunning sunset views.
This beautifully curated 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage features two memory foam King beds with private en-suites, a full kitchen, and a lakeside patio perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. Soak in your private 6-person hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or swim and fish from the shared dock.

Weekend stay

The location was great and convenient. We enjoyed walking over to the pizza place for dinner. The hot tub and fire pit were excellent on those cold nights. Would stay again.

Amazing Friend Trip

We had a great time on our stay. Close to everything yet very private. Next to a small family owned restaurant right on the lake that had some great food. The place was decorated so cute and we had a relaxing evening in the perfectly warm hot tub! Will definitely stay here again on a visit to Hot Springs!

Amazing gem on the lake.

Beautifully decorated. Top of the line appliances, linens, dinnerware, cookware and decor. Amazing beds and did I mention it is next to some of the best food in town? Enjoy drinks, good food and music with a short walk home. So perfect booked for more nights during racing season.

Convenient cottage

The location of this place is great. Very close to any stores and the marina. Walk out the back door into the pizza place with great pizza and friendly staff. The dock we used to tie up my Tritoon is just few steps from the house so made for easy loading for Ice chest and gear. The cottage is updated and very clean. We will definitely be coming back here.

Great cozy getaway

Property was clean and cozy . Just as described in listing. Bonus Sams pizza next door for a quick bite with good bar food . Lovation was easy to get to . Lake front was a pretty setting. Host Landan was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay!!

Super Nice!

This place is stunning!!!! Came in town for a last minute trip to see my brothers and got lucky and found this place. I definitely recommend to anyone and I’ll use again the next time I come visit my brothers. Hopefully, for a longer stay. I truly enjoyed this space 😊

Fabulous!

This was such a cute and cozy cottage! Decor is beautiful. Extremely clean! Smelled so fresh when we walked in! Easy to communicate with owner. Hot tub was fabulous, but could use more outdoor lighting to see to get to/from hot tub. The pizza restaurant is literally next door and had the best food and service. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location - The Full Package

This was a last minute getaway and luckily this home had just been listed so we grabbed it right away! Communication was excellent and the house was perfect. Clean, spacious, the most comfortable beds! TV in every room. All the extras one could ask for! The best food is right outside your door at Sam’s Pizza ! Dock right in back for boating and Your very own covered parking space! What more can I say? FIVE STARS! We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Landon!
