What is your favorite part of Beaver Creek Resort? Is it the long, perfect and picturesque ski runs? The buoyantly cheerful atmosphere? Or is it the deliciously warm chocolate chip cookies at 3pm? At Townsend Place, you are so near that you can literally smell, touch, taste and feel all the action! Located in the heart of Beaver Creek, this wonderful ski-in/ski-out condominium is just steps away from the center of the village (Ski in/out access weather dependent as well as dependent on the Elkhorn Lift being open).

This recently redecorated property boasts a simply elegant interior, a fine kitchen, electric fireplace and nice size balcony for lounging with hot cocoa or swapping tales of the day’s exciting activities. A single superbly placed orchid in a vase sits atop the entertainment center defining the space with its simple ‘truth and beauty’, rare, refined and appealing.

Do not sacrifice creature comforts on your vacation! Here you will have high speed WiFi, 3 HD TVs for off mountain entertainment, forested views, covered parking, and a delightful common area outdoor hot tub (closed for a week in October and May for maintenance). Village Connect service offers complimentary transportation throughout Beaver Creek, so getting around is simple. Townsend Place B103 truly has it all!

Annual ski trip

We have stayed at Townsend Place previously and this unit was the best. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because the couch was very uncomfortable. Kitchen was really great for cooking.

The location of the condo was perfect for our ski trip for spring break. The condo was clean and had all the essentials we needed. The best part was the ski in ski out of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ski condo next to Beaver Creek village

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at Townsend Place multiple times, and once again, it did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, offering both a short 5-10 minute walk to the lift as well as the convenience of ski-in/ski-out access. Our check-in process was seamless, and the condo itself was immaculate and well-maintained throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and we truly felt at home. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely be returning for future trips.

Our favorite location!

This is my husband and mines 10th year to visit Beaver Creek for our annual ski trip, and this condo is perfect! It’s super spacious, in the perfect location, and such an easy process. We will be back!

Okay Condo

Unit is dated. Needs new furniture and updates. Beds are very uncomfortable and pull out in living room is in rough shape. Condo unit is loud due to location over parking garage and near road. Location is excellent and ski in/out is great. Overall, condo is nice, but overpriced for what you get.

Great location

Our family of 4 had a great time in Beaver Creek. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies, plenty of bathroom towels, and paper products. We used the village shuttle service to get to the base which is close by, a bit uphill. We walked back after skiing though. No issues with the washer and dryer. Wi-Fi and tv reception was good. We would stay at this condo again. Underground parking was great to have too!

Roughlock Fun Run

Could have used more snow but it was great. Our daughter and granddaughters came up for one night with us so great to ski with them. Only issue was cold condo. We had the termastat up to 80 to get the living room to 70 and since the microwave vents to outside it was really cold. The Elkrun lift only ran from 8:30-10:30 so made it difficult to come back to condo for lunch. But the location was great the the place was very nice.

Misrepresentation of Property

Said washer/ dryer in hall closet.., no hall closet and washer/dryer jammed into small closet in second Bedroom! Not a real ski in/out: coming back mostly flat Had to push yourself on skis! No actual bunny hills.. the green was in fact blue. Would not go back! Going Back to Aspen/ Snowmass next year!

Christmas vacay

We stayed 12/22 to 12/29. The condo was clean and as advertised Infortanately the lower lift was not open yet so although close to slopes it was not a ski in ski out for us. We walked up the hill or called the bus. It was easy to get around. Unfortanately. I sustained a few fractures skiing and had surgery at vail health. The bathrooms were not ada compliant but it is not advertised that way either. Who knew that would happen. We live beaver creek and would rent again!

This is not the hosts fault. This was a vrbo system clitch which was communicated to VRBO and Berkshire Hathaway. I had cancelled the reservation through vrbo app within the cancellation period. The reservation disappeared from the system. No where to be found. It currently doesn’t even show up in past reservations. When I noticed a charge, I called to understand the charge to then find out that Berkshire Hathaway did not receive the cancelation. I explained the situation and nobody took responsibility and was charged anyways. I DO NOT recommend VRBO as a reliable platform. They knew something was wrong in the app, but since I was charged directly by the host, they did not asume responsibility. I even had an active reservation in vrbo for the same dates in europe.
