Look no further than 'Windsong', a classic 4 BR cottage tucked away on a dead end cul de sac, yet walking or biking distance to the beach, many local restaurants, Dowdy Park, Jockey's Ridge State Park, the Nags Head Fishing Pier, and more. With one bedroom downstairs and three up, each of the 4 bedrooms and the living room provides TV.
The eat-in kitchen is fully outfitted with appliances and cookware to enjoy meals from the comfort of your vacation home. The wrap-around porch includes both covered and screened-in areas, so you can relax, read, play games, or eat outdoors no matter the weather. The recently remodeled outdoor shower on the ground level is perfect for rinsing off after your short walk back from the beach.
**Please note that the VRBO service fee will be instantly charged upon booking by VRBO but all rents, host fees, and taxes will be processed by Cola Vaughan Realty within 24 hours of booking and Cola Vaughan Realty will handle all of the details of your stay**

Nice house with basic amenities. One block from the beach.

Basic older home with older but functioning appliances. Wi-Fi was fast and this suited our needs just fine.

beach house Nags Head

This is in a great location, was very happy with this. I thought the house may have been a little out dated from the photos but was not expecting how run down it really was. The property management was very good about communication and listened to my concerns. I would rent from Vaughn Reality in the future, just not this same property. Linens were not included but I was happy with the company I rented bedding and linen from too. I also rented a bike from them and it is a wonderful neighborhood for having a bike to get around. There is also access to a neighborhood book kiosk to leave or take books to read. Neighbors extremely friendly as well. I can't say enough good things about the location.

Priced Right

The house is in a great location. It’s located on a dead end with very little vehicle traffic. Most the houses there aren’t rentals and all the neighbors seem to know each other. Quick walk to the beach and a short drive from all the restaurants. The house is dated. The screens were falling off, the chairs had cracks. But the house was clean and comfortable. Priced fairly. If it was updated it would be double the price to stay. That’s how great the location is. Would rent again. I brought my two dogs, my two kids and wife. And we had another family of four with us.
