Nani Kai Hale 404 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo featuring amenities such as an ocean view, a private lanai, and air-conditioning. Located on the 4th floor, this unit can accommodate up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The open concept living room is equipped with Hawaiian theme furniture and tropical decorations, a flat screen TV, a dedicated workspace, and a split A/C unit.
Step inside the tranquil bedroom to find a luxurious King size bed and a split A/C unit. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a large walk in shower. Down the hall is the guest bathroom where you will find a shower/tub combo. Relax and enjoy view the view on the private covered lanai, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy sunset dinners. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and has everything you need to make all your meals in house.
Nani Kai Hale is an amazing oceanfront resort located on the famous Sugar Beach, the perfect spot for walking, swimming, snorkeling and whale watching. You will love this great central location to head anywhere on Maui. The property provides a relaxing atmosphere, free off-street parking, modern elevator and coin-operated laundry.
