Nani Kai Hale 404 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with impressive views and a tropical feel. Relax and enjoy the spacious covered lanai, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and enjoy sunset dinners. In the living area, you will find a flat screen TV, a Queen sofa sleeper, and Hawaiian inspired decor throughout. The open concept living room also has a built in desk area in case you need to get some work done. The galley kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals in house. You'll stay cool with the magical Maui breeze but as an added bonus, this unit has a split style air conditioner which you'll appreciate after a long day in the sun.

Nani Kai Hale is an amazing oceanfront resort located on the famous Sugar Beach, the perfect spot for walking, swimming, snorkeling and whale watching. You will love this great central location to head anywhere on Maui. The property provides a relaxing atmosphere, free off-street parking, modern elevator and coin-operated laundry. You'll enjoy cooling off in the heated pool and using the BBQ area for guests.

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.
