No answering services or messaging centers. We own and operate our vacation rentals and take pride in providing the highest quality and southern hospitality to our guests! Located in one of the newest complexes on the Gulf Coast, The Lighthouse offers amenities like none other in the area. Our guests enjoy two oversized zero entry pools with fountains perfect for little ones to play in. Hot tubs on both ends of the Gulf facing property, a BBQ grilling area, and a Gulf Front workout facility that allows for breathtaking view while completing a workout or relaxing in the sauna.
Unit 703 is located on the 7th floor and provides floor to ceiling glass with panoramic views of the sandy white beaches and the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico as far as the eye can see!
Inside, our open floor plan offers beach views from the kitchen and living room, as well as the Master Suite! There's also a bunk room. The bunk room could be considered a second bedroom, but it does not have a closet. It has a twin over full bunk bed and a smart TV. Spacious Master Bedroom has a King size Bed and access to the Balcony. The en-suite bathroom has been updated with a new soaker tub and tiled shower. Everything is light and airy from the walls to the coastal Decor! You are sure to feel like you are on vacation. Our smart floor plan allows additional guests to settle in our cozy bunk room with a twin over full bunk. Or the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an additional full bath located directly across the hall from the bunk room to accommodate larger families.
Our guests enjoy flat screen smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and bunk room as well. We provided DVD players too. Our keyless entry system is designed for easy access for all guests. We send you the door code the day before your arrival. No more losing keys or juggling trips back up to the condo!
Balcony access from the Master Suite allows guests to enjoy beach views from the comfort of bed. Off the Master Suite you will pass through a dressing area with double vanity sinks and a walk in closet before entering the recently renovated master bath complete with a soaker tub and a walk in tiled shower.
In the Kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including small and large appliances, a crock pot, a rice cooker, a knife block, dinnerware, cookware, utensils and most importantly a blender, Kureig, and a regular coffee maker!
For your convenience we have a full size washer and dryer and iron/ironing board inside the condo and wireless internet is always complimentary.
You must purchase a parking pass from the office for an additional fee upon arrival. One parking pass will be good throughout your stay. The cost for the parking pass is subject to change as per the HOA. You are allowed to purchase up to two parking passes.
Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 10 AM.
*The Lighthouse is a smoke free facility and you must be 25 years of age to rent here. Absolutely no refunds if your age is misrepresented**
**An additional layer of security and to ensure our common areas are maintained and used for our guests only, guests ages 12 and older will be required to wear wristbands inside our gated common areas. Wristbands are picked up from the office when you purchase your parking pass
**All guests are required to submit a photo copy of their Drivers License or Governmental ID and sign a rental agreement within 3 days of booking. Guests are required to provide an email address and cell number for texting or a contact number. This can be sent by text or email. Your booking will not be complete until you have provided this information.
*** Guests are required to provide credit card information for a security deposit. A $300 security hold will be placed on your credit card. The security hold will be released if there are no damages when you depart
****If you are staying with us during Hurricane Season (June-November) we highly recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance. The Cancellation policy will not change due to hurricanes.
***** There may be times when we or our Homeowners Association needs to do routine maintenance or inspections during your stay. Monthly pest control is part of the maintenance in our building. This is how we keep our property and building in tip top shape. We will notify you should something come up during your stay. You must allow them access should something arise or routine maintenance is required. do often and sometimes leave extras. We will sometimes have an assortment of spices, coffee, tea, trashbags, Ziplocs, condiments in the fridge, etc. You are welcome to anything that is there. Please use what you need and leave the rest for the next guest.
