Nestled in Gulf Shores, this delightful condo offers a welcoming atmosphere for guests. With 2 bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, plus a bonus bunk room for the kids along with 2 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, this serene retreat is perfect for relaxation. About the Lighthouse condo development in Gulf Shores. It is one of, if not THE MOST POPULAR condominium projects to ever hit Gulf Shores. In 2004 when the project hit Gulf Shores a local realty took over a thousand reservations in just 24 hours from investors across the nation. One of the many things it has going for it is it's location which is terrific, the amenities and the 600 feet of private beach along the Gulf of Mexico.
More about our unit: Lighthouse #414! Our unit sleeps 6-8. Featuring two bedrooms, plus a BONUS bunk room, and 2 bathrooms. This is a beautifully decorated condo with a 200 square ft. Gulf front balcony with terrific views.
This unit is wonderfully positioned on the 4th floor and has views of the Gulf of Mexico, the two beautiful large outdoor pools and the fishing pier. It is a short walk to the public pier as well as the Waffle House, Hangout, Hooters, Sea N Suds and Gulf Island Grill. Enjoy covered parking in the multi story parking garage as well as the heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, and a state of the art weight and exercise room. There is plenty of parking and a grill area.
The Lighthouse requires a parking pass to be purchased for each vehicle parked on site. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 vehicles to be parked in the parking garage. Passes must be purchased upon arrival in the 2nd floor management office. Parking passes are $50 each. Included in the price of a parking pass you will be issued wrist bands for each member of your party that must be worn at all times while using the Lighthouse amenities. The parking passes are good for the duration of the stay. The price is subject to change.
Minimum age to rent is 25.
From March 1st through October 31st guests ages 12 and up must wear a wrist band in the common areas.
Lighthouse has a beach chair and umbrella service, Perdido Beach Service, that operates right out in front of Lighthouse. They recently began offering online reservations for Lighthouse guests. There is an information sheet posted at the front desk for guests to view when parking passes are picked up. You can also book online. If reservations are received before midnight before the first day of your reservation, chairs and umbrellas will be setup and waiting for you your first morning. Perdido Beach Service also rents watersports equipment.
This property is designated as a NO SMOKING property which includes each unit's balcony. There is a designated smoking area away from any indoor/outdoor common areas.
Lighthouse Condominiums is a great east beach location just 0.7 miles from the Gulf State Park Pier and only 9.9 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east it's about 26.9 miles to the National Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola Florida which has free admission and is a fun family excursion. Driving northwest about 51.8 miles to Mobile is the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park which is another great and educational family excursion. Only 23 miles to the west of the condo is a National Historic Landmark Fort Morgan. Tickets can be purchased in advance.
