But first, coffee - brew a cup or pop out to one of many local coffeeshops (naturally) and explore your home’s outdoor space while you wake up. Two decks - one private to the main bedroom suite - offer lovely views over the neighborhood, and a beautifully landscaped patio in the back offers a private oasis, with a built-in fireplace and grill.

Inside, expect gleaming hardwood floors, stylish, modern furnishings, and lots of natural light throughout all three levels of living space. The open-plan middle level features the living room, dining area, and a full, well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather while the chef makes mealtime magic. A gas fireplace anchors the space and keeps things cozy. Between the dining table and kitchen island barstools, there’s plenty of room to dine together. Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and two more upstairs, including the main suite, which features not only the private deck, but also vaulted ceilings, a fireplace of its own, and a desk nook, convenient if you’ve got any remote work on your plate. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
