Enchanting 3 Bedroom Home with Space Needle Views!

Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom downstairs- all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, one brand new queen sized bed in the second bedroom with an adjustable desk, and a brand new queen sized bed in the upstairs bedroom as well. There is also a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room and a memory foam floor mattress to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. We also have 3 separate private balconies so you can enjoy the city skyline and Space Needle views while sipping your morning coffee or evening wine. Our home also includes wireless internet and 3 large electric air conditioning units.

We have one of the rare homes in Seattle that is centrally located and includes parking!

We are located near the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise from time to time. If a silent environment is important to you, being near downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.

This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

This is a clean, well-appointed property with great beds! We were all very comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with excellent restaurants within a short walking distance of the building. Tyger Tyger and Toulouse Petit were two restaurants we tried and they were wonderful. One thing to note that's not obvious from the listing is that the living room is on a separate floor from the kitchen, and the unit has many stairs. This wasn't a problem for our family, but if you have someone with mobility issues with you, it should be considered. The view from the kitchen and living room of the Space Needle is breathtaking. It was a great place for our family to stay!

In town for a girls trip! Wonderful location with walking distance of the venue ,night life etc view of downtown Seattle was amazing! Parking was a little tight but we made it work! Thank you for an amazing time!

This is a clean, comfortable and cute multi-level unit in a great spot in Seattle! Beautiful views of the Space needle from the deck and walking distance to all kinds of sites and attractions. I appreciated the timely and clear communication with the hosts and the procedures for check-in and check-out were Easy to manage. The on-site parking was a bonus for my family as we did have a vehicle that we weren’t going to be using during the Seattle portion of our trip. The neighborhood was safe and walkable and the Metropolitan Market was literally across the street and had everything we could need for groceries!

Excellent Stay

Location of VRBO was excellent, convenient to the space Needle, relatively close to public Market to walk to. Queen Anne neighborhood is also very charming on its own. Wonderful coffee shop close by, food Market also right down the street. Would recommend staying here again whenever I come back

I took my son and two granddaughters age 10 and 13 to seattle. The girls had never flown and have only been out of florida once.What a great location, the view was as advertised Seattle was having a bit of a heat wave, the room AC units worked well.

First the view is absolutely stunning. Best ever of Seattle Downtown. Communication with host almost nonexistent. As for the house, my sister is disabled and this house has 4 steep stair cases. I dont remember being in the description. We were given a total of six towels for six people to stay four days. The WiFi was hit or miss. A rotten smell in the kitchen area. The King bed mattress planks kept sliding and the mattress kept falling through. My daughter found used contacts on her nightstand and the little refrigerator in the upstairs area did not work. Last but not least when we exited our parked vehicle in front of the house we needed to be careful not to step in the muddy grass up and down the block. If you have little ones or disabled old folks this place is definitely not the right place. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The view is all this place has unfortunately

Fun with friends

Stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends and enjoyed ourselves. Lots of walkable stuff in the neighborhood, including a big grocery story nearby. The parking spot is a little tight.

Location to Space Needle & restaurants is excellent.Unit is dated. Third floor where main living area & one bedroom has no air conditioning except portable unit that you have to leave a door open to vent the unit. The other two bedrooms have portable AC units that work well, but do not cool kitchen & dining area. The back deck has plenty of setting with nice view of Space Needle.

Guys' Weekend

My husband and his friends stayed Ashley and Mike's for a guys' weekend in Seattle and really enjoyed their stay. It was easy to get to all the top locations to visit and had great views of The Space Needle. Great amenities and Ashley was really helpful with all the pre-arrival information!

Great place in great location

Perfect place to stay with your family if you are visiting Seattle. Walk right to the Space Needle or Monorail Station. And the property owners, Ashley and Mike, were top notch in terms of communication and providing recommendations. Highly recommended.

Great Location

Perfect location for Seattle Center activities. Short downhill walk to the sound. Market and restaurants within two blocks. Parking spot is tight for SUV sized car.

Sports weekend

We enjoyed the Kraken overtime win on Friday, it was a short walk to the stadium. The market is close for food. The New year view was spectacular! The house was a perfect fit for our family and friends.

It is within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and many of the other attractions that Seattle has to offer. As hosts we go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our guests are taken care of and have a great time.
