We had a great stay at this house in Nags Head when we were visiting for a friend’s wedding in Manteo. The location is convenient, yet close to the beach. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. There were plenty of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms as well as porches For privacy. We loved the heated pool and hot tub as well as the golf cart. The location made it easy to visit many of the most popular local sites and restaurants. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Instructions were easy and clear. Bring pool/beach towels and floats.

Great house with everything we needed. Pool was great for those that didn’t want to go to the beach. Golf cart and beach access was easy. Glad for the ice machine because the freezer could not keep up for our needs. Plenty of room for all to read or be on one of the many decks for games. Everything we wanted.

Wonderful house and experience

The house was just perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. There were 17 of us with plenty of room to enjoy! We loved the pool and hot tub. Had a great game of pool volleyball. The golf cart was used several times a day to go to the beach or just adventures. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary equipment. We loved the 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. The elevator came in handy too. Many hours of talking and laughing occurred on the decks morning and night. The only regret everyone said was, “ It was too short, we’re not ready to leave” We were there a week, maybe two next year?? 🤣

Wonderful stay

Cape Coral is a fantastic place for a large group to gather.We went with our large family. There is plenty of privacy for everyone. The pool was great for the little ones. We honestly wanted for nothing. The location is perfect. The communication with landlord was the best and most responsive I have ever had. Would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Stay with entire family

We had a great stay at Cape Coral! There was plenty of room for our family of 14 (11 adults and 3 kids). The house was steps away from the beach and was located close to lots of things to do (Aquarium, Wright museum, Sharkys fishing, Destination Fun). The pool was key during our stay because of how hot it was. The golf cart, although we didn't use it a lot, was helpful with carting all our stuff to the beach. The house was very clean and kept up well. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Mother’s Day weekend treat!

Top-notch experience! The house and its appointments were superb. Very comfortable beds! Nice kitchen supplies. Beach access was very close in proximity and the location, in general, was extremely convenient to grocery shopping, boutiques, and restaurants. We will definitely rent again in the future!!

House is so great we had to return a second time!

My friends & I stayed in this house in 2024 & loved it so much we rented it again for 2025! The location is 10/10 especially with the golf cart to use to zip around if needed. The quick & easy access to the beach is a huge plus. The pool & hot tub was used the most this year since the weather was beautiful! The kitchen is stocked so well with pots, pans, crockpot, etc. we barely had to bring anything outside of salt & pepper! My favorite thing about this house, outside of the elevator for all of the things we brought, was the space for a large group to hang out on the 3rd floor at the table & on the couch. Many memories were made there. Once again - we loved everything about this rental & would recommend to friends & family to use.

Awesome location!

Property was as described and clean. Everything in good working order. We had a small issue with the coffee maker upon check-in and the hosts rectified this immediately by sending a brand new appliance within the hour. The hosts were extremely responsive with updates sent frequently leading up to our trip. They even sent messages throughout our stay gauge our needs. Fantastic stay!

We unfortunately had the house on the coldest and windiest week in Nags Head. Fortunately the house was large, warm, and enjoyed by several friends. We had a great time!

Great place to stay

This home is fantastic! It's in a great location, just a few steps to the sand. The abundance of en suite bathrooms made it great for our group of friends with plenty of privacy for everyone. The kitchen is spacious and the appliances are good. When we got there, the coffee maker wasn't anywhere to be found. We txt'ed the available number and a brand new Mr. Coffee pot was delivered within an hour! That was an impressive response! Could use a few more serving bowls and platters. Overall, we really enjoyed the space!

The perfect spot for our friend getaway

The property was clean and in good repair. The hot tub and pool maintenance tech was on site cleaning when we got there and was very nice. All the beds were made and towels provided. We loved the balconies and how close the property was to the beach but also shops

Perfect get away

We had a family get away with 14. House is well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. House has an elevator, golf cart, pool and hot tub. It was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the stay.

OBX family vacation

Home was great for family. Only 2 downsides. Would have preferred gas grill as preparing charcoal takes so long. Door handles to outside allow 22 month old to escape far too easily. Otherwise, very nice place and enjoyed pool, hot tub and other amenities. Great location.

Just like home!!

Thank you for another great year in the Outer Banks! This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house and it’s even better than the first. The location is perfect and there is a golf cart. provided to make going to the beach even easier. There was 14 of us and plenty of space for everybody to do their own thing.
