Perfect location near everything and the view really is a million dollar view. We went with 4 small children and three adults and this condo had plenty of room for all of us even being only a one bedroom /one bathroom. Condo was clean, love the beach view balcony. The beach is literally down stairs. Look forward to staying here again!

Location was amazing! It was easy to find and parking was easily accessible. Unit is on the first floor, there are carts available to take your belongings up via an elevator if you need. It was so nice to have a short walk down to the beach and jump right into the ocean. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Swimming pool was very nice.

Absolutely wonderful experience as far as dealing with the owners, check in, communication, and tips and advice. Highly recommend this unit. Will be booking again for the third straight year. Cannot beat this perfect location! Excellent experience!

Great location, close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, you name it, this unit has it all. Jason our host was always available to answer any questions or concerns. If you are looking for great beach access and a beautiful patio view, give Jason or Milton a call. Great for a small family.

Nice condo

The condo had everything we needed for a 3 month stay. Jason is a great property manager, answered our questions quickly. Enjoyed being on the first floor and the smaller size of the entire complex. Great location, close to several grocery stores, restaurants, and gas station. Would stay here again. The dolphins were very active and enjoyed watching all the surfers.

Thanksgiving getaway

Excellent location and the perfect place for me and my wife to spend Thanksgiving. Great views from the balcony. The condo was very clean and the communication was excellent. This was our second time staying in this unit and we will be back. We will be back

Awesome!

The view is awesome! Access to the beach was convenient and close to the rental. The condo itself was exactly as described. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and hot! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Amazing Condo w/ spectacular view

First, the condo was cleaned to perfection ( and im a stickler for this 😆); it was also EXACTLY as described. We were so pleased! Large smart TV in living room and additional in bedroom. Leather furniture was super comfortable; my husband loved the recliner. Kitchen had ALL the essentials. We cooked breakfast only; other meals we ate locally. Bathroom was a good size, had lovely shower with great water pressure. The king size bed was awesome! I mean it was so comfy! There’s also bunk beds. Check in etc was a breeze. Hubbyband i have deemed this condo as our future go-to when visiting orange beach💜

A Wonderful Stay!

This condo stay is wonderful! We didn’t have to contact the host for anything, for they delivered as promised. The condo is very clean and private. The view from the balcony is beautiful, from the rising of the sun and moonlit nights. We had easy access to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. This is my birthday week and all I can say is THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!

Place was very good. Enjoyed morning coffee on patio watching for dolphins. Saw them one morning. Sand get everywhere and was difficult to keep floors clean. A spare vacuum we could have used might help. Beach gate code had been changed and we needed help. Electric door lock does NOT

Just Ok

Condo needs updating. Peeling paint on ceiling. Definitely not enough dishes or quality cookware. Toilet runs. Exhaust fan in bathroom doesn't work properly. Not enough towels. No pillow cases for extra pillows in closet. Bed was comfortable. Needs to update furniture on balcony. No storage locker for our condo (others had access to storage areas below for beach items) Did not receive keys for restroom by the pool or fitness room. Pool had bricks missing and a cone set out. AC loud when on. I had to turn it off if I wanted to go sit on balcony. I have been to other condos in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach with better amenities and quality for the same price.
