When you enter you will first be in the formal living and dining room, with a line of sight to the tv room and through the sliding door to the back yard overlooking the pond.

The front room is a spacious bright with double windows, the hallway leads to the bathroom and second room.

Lastly the comfy and luxury main master bedroom walk-in closet, shower toilet combo, and double sink and soaker tub.

Cameras are located in the back and front of the property.

Beautiful home

We came to town for a baseball tournament and this home was in a great location the the fields. The home was very nice and the owner was in constant contact the whole time asking how everything was going. The fenced in yard was a plus for our service dogs.

Beautiful spacious home minutes from airport and downtown Sanford

The property was exceptionally clean and had everything needed. The split layout of the home is perfect for families with children. The back yard has a beautiful view of a small lake. The proximity to the airport and downtown Sanford is ideal. The host communication was excellent!

Perfect Stay in Sanford

The Owner was extremely communicative, friendly, and nice! We met her in person when she visited the house to resolve an issue we were having She was very prompt, respectful, and courteous. She also offered dining and recreation suggestions. The property is beautifully decorated in a modern design. The living room leads to a walkout patio on a lake. Awesome views and nice scenery.

Quiet and comfortable

Very quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor sitting area overlooking the backyard pond with lots of water birds and ducks. Comfortable bed. Well equipped with everything we needed. Quality everything: furniture, appliances, towels. Sanford is a beautiful town with lots of fun restaurants. We brought our tandem bicycle and bicycled all the wonderful bike paths near and far. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Sanford
