Note that per our community's rules and regulations, a 30 day minimum stay is required. So if you are looking for a long term vacation getaway, this is for you!

Seven Lakes is a guarded and gated community and golf country club. Guests have access to the Seven Lakes Golf and Country Club amenities such as the club house with a bar and fine dining, and of course...golf! Seven Lakes features a magnificent manicured 18-hole 2712 yard 58 par executive course.

Note about cancellation policy (this overrides the VRBO default policies):
In the event that Guest must cancel a reservation, please notify Owner/Agent in writing as soon as possible. If written notice is received at least 60 calendar days prior to Guest’s arrival date, refunds of advanced payments will be refunded less a $250 can-cellation fee. If cancellation occurs less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to Guest’s arrival date 50% of the first month’s rent will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to Guest’s arrival date the first month’s rent will be forfeited. Owner/Agent reserves the right to change reservation accommodations or refund all monies in full should a specific property become unavailable due to circumstances beyond control. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IN THE CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE.
