It was challenging to have no dishwasher, and complicated access to laundry and yard, due to Tenant living below. Parking was a challenge too. I recommend more towels and convenient features.

I’m sorry to hear you feel that way specially after we accommodated such large animals that did a fair amount of damage. The laundry and yard are fully accessible to our guest and we have never heard this issue so we will be sure to address the concern moving forward. The person downstairs is just in and out for maintenance purposes and to ensure the guest have what is needed to enjoy their stay

Vallejo Stay

Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first. But it was quiet and calm. It was tough finding parking on the street. Overall enjoyed our stay watched movies on Netflix and even took advantage of the stove! Wished there had been notes about where to find more towels, did not realize there was a closet full of them. There were 6 of us and we couldn’t find enough blankets, gets cold during the night. Victor Reached out and his communication was amazing. Easy Check In!

This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.
