The Space

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Our modern, 4-bedroom house offers a peaceful retreat for up to 10 guests, combining comfort, privacy, and style for a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis. Take a dip in the luxurious private pool, which features both solar and electric heaters for your year-round comfort. In the evening, unwind in the relaxing hot tub under its charming gazebo. The patio is perfect for a family BBQ, and you can end the day with a movie night under the stars using the large outdoor projector screen.

Inside, the open-plan living space invites you to relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on the 85-inch HDTV. Large glass doors fill the home with natural light, highlighting the stylish dining area with its crystal chandelier. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a blender, and a bread maker, giving you everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Rest peacefully in one of the four stylishly furnished bedrooms. The home includes two modern bathrooms, one of which boasts a sophisticated black marble walk-in shower. For your convenience and peace of mind, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi.

You will have private access to the entire house and all its amenities, including the backyard, pool, and hot tub.

Self check-in is simple. The entrance door has two locks; your entry code is for the lock on the right-hand side. After entering the digits, please press the `#` key. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.

To find us, please note that the property can be accessed via Ohio St or Akron St. The street you should turn onto is RUBBER TREE ST, and the house will be near the end of the road. Look for the small green street signs.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
* No loud music after 10:00 PM.
* No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the house.
* No drugs or illegal activities are allowed on the property.
* Pool Safety: Please be aware that the pool is not fenced. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of any children in the pool area. For everyone`s safety, please do not run on the pool deck as it can be slippery.
*Damage Policy: The home is inspected after each departure. We ask that you please report any damaged or broken items immediately upon arrival. Take a photo for your records and contact us right away so we can address it.
* Owner`s Presence: We, the owners, occasionally stay in a completely separate and independent apartment located on the side of the property. It does not have any access to the main house, and we fully respect our guests` privacy at all times.
