Not bad

When we first walked in there was a mildew smell but it went away, and there were bra’s and panties and the dresser when we first got their also trash. other than that it wasn’t bad at all.

Never Even Walked Inside

My husband drove us by the rental and he adamantly refused to stay there. The home is located in an unkempt neighborhood & the outside pics are not accurate. The rental entry, carport, yard, fence, patio, & patio furniture were in need of repair & maintenance. The front yard beds had been recently mulched & the lawn was mowed. However, the yard next door is overflowing with garbage & junk down to the corner. We did not even go inside the rental. It was not safe for our grandchildren to play in the yard due to broken fence & furniture, roaming dog, broken gate, & garbage. We contacted the owner & thankfully our money was refunded. He asked us to send him pics, which we did. He was very understanding & professional.

Not what the picture showed

On line this house looked beautiful. When we arrived there was garbage all over the front yard and the garbage can outside was overfilling. As soon as you walk into the house it had a very nasty smell. The bathroom all the way in the back the shower floor was dirty and the hot water didn't work. The bathroom in the main hall the shower mat was moldy. The floors were dirty that our socks turned brown. There was bug splatter on the ceilings. There was no laundry soap to be able to do laundry. One Saturday night there were gun shots heard outside. I would not recommend staying here. I reached out to the property rental, they asked for pictures and they never replied back.
